  This is definitely a scam website. I ordered a dog harness and after 3 days with no email indicating it shipped, I started getting that uneasy feeling that I was scammed. I tried calling the number on their website and they give three choices. 1) customer service, 2) returns, or 3) purchase over the phone. No matter what number you press you get looped back to the begging of the entire message all over again. I tried chatting on their website and no one came on. I sent 4 emails to the email located on their website and I got the same automated response email from some guy named Neck stating please accept our apologies for delays and that they experience a catastrophic event in one of their warehouses (a fire) and to be patient with them. I paid through paypal and had to open a claim with paypal. The thing that stinks is that paypal has to give them 10 days to respond before you can escalate the claim. Thank god I did not spend thousands of dollars . But it is the point that counts. No one likes to be scammed by some scumbag. DO NOTR BUY A THING FROM THIS WEBSITE! THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!!

  I purchased online a dog harness and some velcro patches for my dog back in February. I tried contacting the company several times. They only have a email. I got two of the same automated responses with them saying there was a fire and it will take time. The other was from someone who claimed to forward my request to have a refund back in March. I have not heard back from them nor received a refund.

  I spent almost $300 on their site and I purchased three dog harnesses +6 patches to go with them. I received two of the harnesses which were two large, and the rest of the items were supposed to arrive once they were back in stock, or at least thats what it said on the receipt. After about two weeks, I reached out inquiring about the other items and also requested to initiate an exchange for harnesses that will fit. I NEVER heard back from anybody. Only after I filed a dispute with my bank, did somebody finally email me back but they had no interest in resolving my issue. In fact, they supposedly had no idea what I was talking about. So all of my attempts at getting this issue straightened out were for nothing. I also tried calling a few times and it went straight to some recording about how theyre not open, but I always call during their listed business hours. Fast-forward another week and a half I still dont have resolution from the company or a straight answer of any kind. Its like they are hoping that maybe if they ignore me long enough Ill go away or something but trust me Im not that type of person, especially when you take all my money and dont give me all of my product.My bank already refunded me the money but now Im stuck with these two harnesses I cant use and really bad taste in my mouth about this company. Its a shame because the harnesses are really nice and Im sure their products are very high-quality but their customers service is not. So its futile.

  Shame on me for not doing proper research. I saw that they were also on Amazon and took the ****** on their site. They got back once via email saying that they were busy and shipments were going to be delayed. - fast forward two months and still no shipment or answer. Absolute scammers. The products seem reasonably priced, too. Not too expensive. Not too cheap. Hard to tell it's a scam.

  Similar story to everyone else who wrote on this website. Shame on me for not doing better research on this company before ordering a dog harness from this company. I placed an order on 1/28/2024 and paid them through PayPal. I had recently moved and changed all my addresses on my online accounts, but for some reason, my previous shipping address showed up when I placed the order. So, I sent them two emails explaining the error and had not received a response. I tried chatting with them on their chat line this morning and no one came online. I tried phoning them, followed the prompt to talk with a customer service rep and all the recording did was loop me back to the beginning. It doesnt appear this company is still in business??? I will be filing a complaint with PayPal as well. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

  DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! They have absolutely 0 customer service & do not ship orders in a timely manner (their website says 2-5 days, I've been waiting 27 days for them to ship out. No one will reply to my emails or phone calls. LISTEN TO THE OTHER REVIEWS. Stay far away from this company.

  Absolutely ridiculous. I ordered a dog harness and reached out via email when I hadnt received any update/tracking info for a handful of weeks after placing the order. I asked to cancel my order if it hadnt shipped yet. After receiving what seemed to be copy and paste responses - I confirmed multiple times to cancel/refund my order. Even though I requested multiple times to cancel - I received a tracking number instead. I asked for the package to be intercepted before it was picked-up (as it showed awaiting package for a couple weeks still after that) - heard nothing. The package eventually arrived and I asked for a return label so I could send it back (I received that a week later requesting it). I shipped the package back. Fast forward a couple weeks later - it just returned back to my home saying Return to Sender Unable to Forward. So incredibly disappointed and wished I did better research on them before ordering in the first place!

  I ordered harnasses and leads, debits have cleared the bank. Have not received my order. I inquire on it, and they tell me they are checking into it and apologize for the delay. I never hear back. Can't get anyone by phone. Very disappointed with Goat Trail. My payments cleared on 11-20-23 and 11-21-2023.********

  My story is like the others where delayed fulfilment and zero customer support was available. I called their customer support telephone number and was either referred to their web site or their IVR just hung up on me. The Chat function was non-responsive as was any dialogue available via email. I would highly recommend that anyone interested in tactual gear choose another company because this one is not responsive or reliable.

  I have a similar experience w/ this company. I had a hard deadline for receiving my order and was assured from Goat Trail Tactical that my order would arrive in time. That date came and went without receiving my order. I emailed the company to cancel my order since it hadn't arrived and never got a reply. I repeated this email cancellation 3 more times with no reply. Eventually 1 month late the order arrived. I immediately called and emailed again with no reply. I would highly recommend that you not order from this business. Terrible customer service. Now I have a product that I don't need or want with no way to return it for a refund.
