      DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! Zero stars. I ordered a dog harness November 6th. Was told id receive a refund by November 20th once I said I never received the item. I'm still fighting for my refund. Just keep getting automated emails saying I can keep waiting or request to cancel when I've canceled and responded again and again and again that I've canceled and still no refund. $63 still no refund.

      They claim to ship out in 3-5 days. It has been over 2 weeks. I get the same canned email response of how they are sorry and will attempt to get sent out ASAP. I see numerous other complaints about this company and they need to be shut down if they are scamming people. At least one complaint states they have not received a full refund. I have just now (today) asked for a full refund. If I do not get it, I will be back on here once again, updating the situation.Save your money, time and frustration, and do not buy from these people!

      I ordered a dog harness and accessories on August 22, 2023 via PayPal. One week later the items were still not shipped. When I enquired with the company, the chat bot stated that the order was processing. The following week the order was still processing. I have tried to reach Goat Trail Tactical via phone, chat, email, and messenger. I have not been able to reach one company representative nor have I received any response in over 1 week. I will have to resolve this issue through PayPal.
