      My name is ***************** and I own ******************************* in ********* **. I had been buying adds in the American Marketing phone books for ********* **. This year when their rep came in I wasn't here. Their rep talked to the owner of this building trying to sell him adds. The owner remembers all this and will tell you I wasn't here. Their rep ***** signed my name to the contract and sent it in. I never signed it and all the years in the past I always gave them a check at the begging for half. There wasn't any check giving to them and they never sent a proof for me to look at until they started billing me for the add. That is when I realized the fraud their rep and company had pulled on me. I contacted them but they wont doing anything about it. I don't wont the add and don't ever want them to come to my office again. They are still billing me for their fraudulent practice.

      I am rejecting this response because: The *** of  American Marketing is trying to put  the blame and fault on myself and the building owner. ****************** *** called and left a message accusing myself of lying and escalating the situation by contacting the BBB and ** Attorney General. He also accused the building owner of lying about talking to his rep. ****************** building owner, who the *** is accusing of lying about myself being present that day, has had his realty business in ********* for **************************************************************** the middle 70s. The realtor also heads up the ********* *****.
      He also said there was a time stamp of the *** which shows his sales person in the area. That doesn't mean I was here. He also says there is a similarity to signatures - is he a hand writing expert??? I never received any emails from them with the profs. If I would have received a prof on the day he said it was emailed I would have stopped it then. I went to the better BBB after I contacted them when they billed me. I tried to get it straightened out then but they kept billing me with late fees and that's when I went to the BBB and ** Attorney General'  
      Yes they did zero out the balance but if that would have been done or the add canceled from the beginning the problem would have been solved and never came to this....
