Before moving forward with PTR. I spoke with 3 other companies. When I spoke with the licensing specialist. Who took a lot of time explaining their process and looked at their current products. I could see that my product was a perfect fit with them. Thank you Patents to Retail!

Not impressed at all with this company. Pretty much wasted $3500 . Had to call after every 3 month update was late. Given excuses that they were understaffed, or had just made renovations. Poor all-around communication. Don't waste your time or money.

**Response to Customer Review*I am *********************, the President and owner of **********************, and I personally oversee the operations and client relations of our firm. I was disheartened to read your review regarding your experience with our services, particularly concerning your Rain Gutter Diverter System project.Firstly, I want to extend my sincere apologies for any frustration or disappointment you've encountered. Our aim is to deliver not just satisfactory but exceptional service to inventors like yourself, who trust us with their innovations. While I wish you had reached out to me directly through the contact details on our website, I appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns now.Your project's timeline, especially the updates, is something we take seriously. The execution date of December 20th, 2022, did indeed fall into a challenging time of year, given the holiday season, which led to an unexpected delay in our usual promptness. Although the first update was delivered slightly later than anticipated, please understand that this was a rare occurrence influenced by external factors. First update was 4/12/23 and considering we reopened after the Holidays around Jan 6 2023 yes we were 1 weeks late but really? Then further quarterly updates were each sent on July 13 2023, Oct 20 2023 and the final one Jan 4 2024. All almost to the button for a quarterly review!Regarding the staffing and communication issues you mentioned, I assure you that our team's dedication and expertise remain our strongest assets. With 75% of our employees having been with us for over a decade, we pride ourselves on stability and continuity. However, your feedback is invaluable and we will take immediate steps to review and improve our communication processes to ensure our clients are always informed and satisfied. We are also perplexed by the mention of renovations affecting our communication. Rest assured, our last major update was to our computer systems two years ago, intended to enhance our efficiency and service quality and completed before you were a client!Your feedback has been taken to heart, and I am personally reviewing the processes related to your project to identify any lapses and to ensure they are rectified. Misunderstandings can occur, but it's our resolve to learn from them and to prevent future occurrences. In the spirit of constructive dialogue, I invite you to contact me directly. I am keen on understanding your specific concerns in detail and exploring how we can resolve them to your satisfaction.Your trust in our firm is deeply valued, and I am committed to restoring your confidence in our services.Warm regards,********************* ********** **********************

**** successfully produced and sold over one million of my Cover Fresh Food Covers for me! I was a novice and inexperienced inventor at the time, and I have to say I was a little concerned at first about the initial cost. However, **** did everything he said he would do and it paid off very well for all of us! **** is perfect for inventors who simply want to invent and then leave the rest of the hassles (and risks!) of getting their invented products to market to him. Paranoid and inexperienced inventors should know that working with Patents-To-Retail is well worth your money!

Do not work with this company. They are huge scam. They take advantage of entrepreneurial people. They told me that they would help me submit my product to these different retailers, in the hopes of getting a contracts. Their job was to submit the product. All I would have to pay a $7000 for the renderings and the prototype.. I already had the renderings. I submitted all that to them with my video.. its been three years and nothing has happened! No one is emailing me, no return calls. ****** number does not work that was submitting that emails to me. This is a huge scam, do not give them a ***** you will not see anything happen with your Product. They will not develop the product. They will not send anything to any company because its just an email that theyre submitting to telling me that they sent something. I regret giving them $7000 and I want my money back! . I will file a complaint with the ******** attorney general if I dont hear back from there owner or the management of this company. This is unfair, business practice, and theyre scammers.

I am ********************* the President and Owner of Patents to Retail I'm an adventurer myself with 20 *** issued patents over my 4-decade career bringing literally hundreds of products successfully to the mass retail and e-commerce marketplace.I read with immense dismay your derogatory and slanderous comments about my firm and the service we agreed to supply and did.To begin with a copy of the executed Agreement will be included with this in-depth response which hopefully upon review by the Better Business Bureau will result in your slanderous comments to not be published.Dated and executed May 11th, 2021, for an agreed amount of $8000 which to this day has still not been paid in full yet we have continued with our service with updates to you. The agreement was for a 12-month period meaning it expired June of 2022 over 18 months ago. Let me repeat expired over ************************************** full.During the time the agreement was in effect we supplied you with 12 monthly updates as per the agreement and never with any complaint about the updates that were sent to you. Those updates reflected our offering to have your *** pet that product licensed to 45 major USA retailers as well as ecommerce sites that to this day we have done business with most of and still are conducting business with many of those we solicited your product to.As you stated in your one star comments our job was to submit your product which we did and written verification of those submissions we summarized and sent to you on a monthly basis. We did not develop your product as per the agreement item number three clearly states that we will do all developmental work including but not limiting to CAD and 3D drawings production drawings engineering drawings virtual prototypes animated visual videos however it states these will be provided if requested.. An interested party which unfortunately did not happen despite the nearly four dozen accounts we solicited and representing your item to them. You also falsely mentioned our office phone number is not answered which is simply untrue our office number has been and continues to be the same for nearly 25 years it is clearly an our website also and has answered by one of our office staff and if someone is busy there is an answering service.I do understand your disappointment in our efforts not resulting in getting your product licensed however it was not because of our lack of due diligence considering to this date we have over a dozen licensed items in production being sold right now in the marketplace and it appears your derogatory slanderous comments are clearly unjustified and I trust upon review of the Better Business Bureau reading this reply along with the executed agreement as well as your payment which we are now waiving of the balance due will not be published and should you move forward with any other legal action as your complaint has threatened I will aggressively defend the reputation of my company of myself with your false and unjustified comments.Since there is NO download available to load the executed Agreement it is ,upon request, available for consideration as to NOT publish this false review.

The contract did say $8000 however your sales person just wanted to collect the money and tell me we can waive that $1000 off of the $8000. I was making payment plans monthly to your company. You should be ashamed to take money from people and not deliver anything in return . I did try calling *****, The number kept hanging up, I also left A voicemail to your companys phone line and I never heard anything back from anybody. I spoke to you ****, back in 2022. You were trying to convince me to pay more money so you can build my product at your factory. So youre actually asking me for more money than what I have already given you the. $7000 youve already kept for nothing! Your company is a scam! Your company never has a never will develop anything for anyone. I need my video renderings that I sent you and my money back. I have all the documents and the emails that I emailed your Staff members back-and-forth. ******************

Patents to Retail contacted me about a word game played with letter cubes I had developed. As a result of their interest, I moved forward with finishing a book containing 127 games to play with the cubes. Once the book was finished and ready for publication it was time to produce the game equipment and packaging. We worked together with the factory in ***** to produce a high quality product to my specifications. The first production run is under way. Soon the book and game will hit the market because Patents to Retail showed an interest in my word game. I could not be more pleased. It was challenging, and fun, to work out the details with the factory in *****. I was really impressed with the efforts made by people at the ***** factory to produce the finished product. Plus, we are just starting and I anticipate working with Patents to Retail to expand the product line. At present we are working on the marketing plan and I am anxiously awaiting the first shipment of the game so we can make it available for purchase. It is pretty exciting. The people at Patents to Retail are professional and a pleasure to work with.

At first, it seems to soooo real. Until now, I have no license contracts or any kind of deals. I received a repeated list of the same companies with same information. Month after month.. Its been since June 16, 2021 at 11:44 on a recorded line. When the *** called with a promising voice and had the audacity to give us 48 for the $8000. Not thinking this could be a scam. We were just thankful and grateful someone called us on our patent. But NOW, Im very disappointed on how the White ****** business entrepreneurs are getting their income. They prey on the innocent and who trying to climb up the latter.I made several calls and sent several emails, NO response from either ****** or The ***.We dont have $8000 just laying around to give away. We are on a fixed income. Since my husband heart attack 09/19 and not working with his medical condition I definitely need 75% refund by December 8th. This is a cry for help.

*********, I recently came across your two-star review of our company, and I must express my disappointment in learning about your dissatisfaction. I take all customer feedback seriously, and I want to address your concerns in a detailed manner. I acknowledge receiving your emails on October 23 and October 27, 2023, inquiring about the updated status of your new product idea. In response, I personally replied on November 1, 2023, and this written rebuttal aims to provide a comprehensive response to your concerns. Our business relationship initiated with the execution of the agreement on June 27, 2021, marking approximately 2 1/2 years ago. The agreement, initially a 12-month commitment, expired in June 2022. Throughout the contractual period, updates, as stipulated in the agreement from August 2021 to July 2022, were consistently provided to you. It is worth noting that during this time, there were no expressions of dissatisfaction, criticism, or inquiries regarding our attempts and progress updates, which included sending 45 proposals on your behalf. Regarding your mention of duplicate accounts being contacted, it's important to clarify that reaching out to different buyers in various categories at large retailers like Target and ******* is a standard practice. This is not considered duplicate contact but rather a strategic approach to maximize exposure for your new product idea. In response to your recent emails expressing dissatisfaction, I offered you a free, no-charge service that we typically charge $1500 for. Unfortunately, I did not receive a reply, and understand this offer is now rescinded. Referring to my firm as a scam is a serious accusation that I find inappropriate, inaccurate, and slanderous. I am committed to protecting my personal and company reputation, and I will take any necessary recourse to address such claims. I sympathize with your recent financial difficulties and the unfortunate health situation of your husband. However, it's important to note that my company's responsibility is bound by the terms outlined in the executed agreement, and any requests for a refund based solely on personal financial circumstances cannot be accommodated. There are complexities involved in bringing a new product idea to the mass retail market place and trust this added reply has clarified clearly that my firm did preform and your rating is unjustified. The string of e mails referred to above follow and trust that the * * * will not publish this unjustified rating! Subject: Your Pat # US10448766*2-Tablecloth Date: 11/1/2023 12:13:51 PM Central Daylight Time From: ****************************** To: ************************* Cc: *********************************** *cc: ***************** Dear *********,I hope this message finds you well. I am *********************, the President of **********************, and an inventor myself with 20 issued *** patents.I want to extend my apologies for the slight delay in my response, which was due to a major computer upgrade our office was undergoing. As of today, I am pleased to report that the upgrade has been successfully completed.I have taken the time to review your file, and here's a summary of the key points:- The 12-month/1-year Agreement was executed on 6/27/2021.- The expiration date of this Agreement was in June 2022, which was well over a year ago.- Updates, as per the Agreement, commenced in August 2021 and continued through July 2022.- These updates consisted of "45" proposals sent out on your behalf, seeking licensing agreements for the Tablecloth concept.Throughout the Agreement's time period, updates were regularly sent to you, and I was not aware of any complaints until your recent emails. Additionally, I noticed that we continued with another update sent to you on October 27, 2022, as our final follow-up regarding your item.I understand your disappointment that no interest has been generated from our proposals. *ringing a new product to market is a challenging endeavor, and I speak from personal experience, having brought over 500 items to market during my 39-year career. I must admit that approximately 85% of these ventures failed, with only around 2% achieving success. However, with four decades of business experience and the extensive contacts I've cultivated, I firmly believe that my firm can provide a product with the exposure and opportunity to be seen and presented. While we cannot make another company appreciate your item as much as you do and take it on, we did our best to get it out there and exposed. One unique aspect of my company's business model is that it provides you with the choice of a license arrangement or the production model. I currently have over two dozen items actively being sold on some of the largest *** retailers and e-commerce sites, and several of these are products of ********************** clients.I must clarify that a refund is not an option and does not have any merit based on the terms of our Agreement. Furthermore, it seems there may be some confusion regarding the start date of our arrangement. You mentioned in your email that it began in 2019, whereas the executed Agreement clearly states June 2021 as the commencement date.In light of your commitment to your item, I am willing to offer a production consultation for the Tablecloth at no charge. This consultation typically carries a fee of $1,500, but I am extending this as a gesture of goodwill. Let's explore the possibility of moving your item directly into production and seeing if we can get it to market successfully.I look forward to your response and the opportunity to work together on this project.*est regards,********************* ********** **********************
