      Absolutely livid. My neurologist's ****** waited until 1 hour and 45 minutes before a procedure that I had scheduled 3 months ago-and had gotten authorization from insurance for- to inform me my insurance was no longer accepted at Duly. I received absolutely no communication from **** regarding the change in policy- no letters, calls, or My Chart messages. This procedure isn't performed by many doctors. It takes months to find one and months to for an appointment to be available. I am left without any alternatives or plans to transition my care. This isn't the first time something like this has happened with the ******, either. And, all they had to say about it amounted to "oops". My primary doctor's ****** at ***************************** did ****'s job, and stepped in to try to help. For a medical group with the word "care" right in the name, **** really doesn't care. Maybe they care about profit, but not about patients. It is unacceptable. I will be contacting corporate. Even if my insurance is accepted at Duly at some point in the future, I will be have my care managed by *****************************- they have never had an issue like this in the 25 years I've been a patient there.

      If I could give 0 stars I would! I have been with Dupage medical group since I was a teenager, so over 20 years. Ever since they were bought by Duly it has been nothing but problems, especially with billing. No one answers the phone nor calls you back and leaving numerous amounts of voicemails and phone calls. Many of my previous doctors have also left. I will be finding a new provider that actually cares for their patients.

      The ***************** is in a tailspin. I've been a customer for over ********************************************************************************************************** the same office. I saw this doctor two times. Then I received a bill in the mail. Turns out this new doctor in not in my insurance network! This office referred me to this doctor so I assumed he was in network. Turns out he is not. I must have spoken to the ****************** over 10 times. I then called the ************ team. No one is able to assist and they are telling me I am liable for the charges. This organization lost a customer of 20 years due to their incompetence. *********************

      My dissatisfaction is with Duly. Just big corporate business only cares about money/profit. Was charged for extra service though the zoom call though it was exactly like every other time I HAVE to check in. I check in every three months for maintenance only. When I emailed MY FORMER Dr. ****** to explain the added charge on a thirty minute zoom, no response back. No explanation. Was never ever like this before **** bought out IPD. I will tell everyone I know to not become a patient because sooner or later you will get screwed. Duly go get bent.

      Duly has gone downhill recently. No one answers phone calls, customer service is non-existent or extremely rude, and it now takes months to get an appointment. Time to find better medical care elsewhere.

      This outfit is absolutely disgusting. Some of the doctors are great but the business end is completely incompetent and doesn't give a hoot about the patients. No response to "myChart" messages. Phone calls are answered at some off shore chicken farm. I could hear the chickens quite clearly, but the agent spoke no english or spanish. I could not make out a single word. The old DuPage medical was tolerable but Duly is disgusting.I had some blood work done some time ago. The results are on "myChart" and indicate a SERIOUS problem. But for ******************************************************************** to the next step.Get out of this outfit if you can ! ! ! They'll rob you blind and then kill you.

      I have been with Duly for over 10 years, it's service is very good in the past until recently. I am a ******** recipient, recently I changed my ******** plan, and I emailed its customer service a couples asking them to update my insurance plan, but I got no response from them. When I echecked in a recent appointment, they still charged me the copay based on my previous ******** plan. It is not right. As I avoid any copay disputes with them, I just canceled my upcoming appointment because I found no way to communicate with them anymore. I hope that they can provide their clients a way to communicate in case customer service do not care. So, my suggestion is that do not go to their service as their customer service turns to be very bad recently.

      Wish I could rate this a 0 star. I am being billed BEhavioral Health Services that I never saw this doctor for. Billing claims coding is correct, which it is NOT. I have not spoken to my doctor personally because there is no freaking place to call except the call center. Sad that no one wants to address this issue

      Charged me $839 for misdiagnosis. Real doctor outside of network charge $537. Miscommunication on payment, move to charge fees with no discussion to the misunderstanding.
