      Hit or miss with Doctors. Some are great. However, their medical records process is horrid, with poor customer service. Ordered online, still waiting 13 days later, and 4 calls to customer service who read me the same script each time, claiming my case was "elevated" and they just needed "a little more time". Nothing else. 4th time I called and demanded to speak to a supervisor and they refused to connect me. The 3rd time they claimed they would get back to me that day with status update. No call. Going to share with everyone i know, including corporate and every doc I have in this group. Also, will be asking if anyone at corporate even reads their reviews, and let one of the ladies know how poor their ratings are online. Sure as heck hope they don't think they are going to get a fee for this "service". Wish i could give a negative star rating.

      I have the same issue with them. Never call back, dont response to MyChart and phone calls are put on hold for hours. I like my doctor but I will be looking to change. They used to be good but after the name change everything went south.

      What is the point of having immediate care centers if any time you go in they refuse you because you dont have an appointment?! Also, the people who answer the phones are absolutely clueless and tell you one thing and then when you get to the clinic its the complete opposite of what you were told on the phone. Look elsewhere!!

      Response is terrible!!!All calls go to a call center and the healthcare provider never calls back or calls at such a time and leaves a message. You call that number and you start all over again the same process. In other words you dont get any help and you are back to square one!!!

      Why would you send someone's account to a collection agency when they've been making monthly payments?????? Shame on you! We've used DuPage Medical Group for years, now Duly Health and Care... NEVER AGAIN!

      This place only hires stupid people to face the public. Only stupid people resolve to lying because they get no training what so ever and no one does his job. They let patients wait endlessly for procedures scheduling and when they fail to accommodate the patients, the employees lie to them. I've been waiting for over 3 weeks to get a call from scheduling for an epidural for my back and when I called several times to get an appointment they removed me from the system. If you care about your health, don't go there.

      I am sorry but Asap the name change happened this service went down hill! I have been living under constant pain and agony with so many issues but no one at duly seems to care! No one calls back no one messages back on my chart! All have been doing is getting asked for more and more tests with no conclusion and no direction given for next steps! Like I am left in the dark looking for answers! Scheduled phone appointment office/Dr forgot to call! Like how? I am so so disappointed and cant change the provider due to my insurance! Stuck !

      On the scale from 1 to 10, Duly ************* (Dupage Medical Group) gets MINUS 100 from me! Duly ************* is completely unethical with their medical billing and collection methods.They provided the medical services in January and February of 2022. They billed me for the services in March 2022. I started paying my balance monthly, as per the agreement with them. Five months later they have upped my balance saying that there were additional services provided to me in January, that they have not billed for previously. Six months later they upped my balance again w/o any explanation. When I have called their billing department, they have blamed my insurance company for sending them a changed deductible for the same services. When I asked them to share the information received from my insurance, they declined. Dulys priority is to **** and collect as much as possible. Duly ************* has no respect for a patient. If possible stay away from Duly ************* at all costs!!!

      Awful customer service and business practices. I only went to Dully because my primary care doctor moved practices.I got lab orders from my doctor. I cannot get them done with their in house lab as the lab is not in network with my insurance. I called their office to have the lab orders faxed to a Quest location. First, you need to spend 45 min on hold before you get connected to anyone. They also do not respond to messages sent via MyChart. I finally got connected to a nurse who said she will have the labs faxed right away once I confirm the fax number via a MyChart message. I did that a minute after I received the message to confirm, but 2 days later still no word on lab orders being faxed. I called again, another 45min on holds, once I got connected I was told again they will fax the lab orders and send me a note via MyChart. 3 days later .. crickets.. So I call again, another 45 min on hold, at this point it's quite urgent as the lab appt is the next day. Once I get connected same story, we are faxing the labs right now. I also sent a note via MyChart asking for the same (never got a response). I go to my lab appt at Quest the next day, only to find out they do NOT have the orders. The Quest nurse calls them again, they are saying they are faxing the orders, we wait 15 min watching her fax machine, nothing comes. We call again, she puts me on they line, I wait again 30 minutes on various holds only to be told that they cannot get hold of the nurse and I should DRIVE to their location to pick up the orders myself. I ask to speak to the supervisor, I am transferred instead to Patient Experience line and are put on hold again. It is an hour after my scheduled appt at this point and I hang up. They are either very dysfunctional or are purposely not sending the labs trying to lock patients into using their services.

      I have been with DuPage Medical for several years and I love my doctor BUT their customer service is lousy. I requested a refill of my test strips early so I wouldn't run out. Well it took several weeks to get them and I did run out because a form that was supposed to be sent to ******** was not, even though I called and messaged and even personally brought the form in to the reception desk. I had to make an appt. with the doctor so I could explain to her the situation. It caused me so much stress and anxiety. I can't be the only patient with a need for test strips and ******** approval. Now I am waiting for my insulin rx to be sent to the pharmacy and I am afraid I will run out. The messages I send never get answered correctly either.
