      I purchased a dual basket Instant Pot air fryer on November 25. I received an order confirmation (order number ********) and then it supposedly shipped December 1 and was never heard from again. The customer service live chat feature never works, I waited twice for over an hour to find that when it was my turn in the queue magically there were no agents available. Same issue with the phone number which just kept increasing my waiting time and place in the queue. I ordered elsewhere because this is clearly a scam and the company is absolute c*** Id like a full refund and to never have to deal with them again. *** spent hours trying to resolve this via phone, email and live chat with no avail.

      When I bought my Corelle ware it was with a LIFETIME WARRANTY of breakage.I am still alive but now the customer service phone line at ********************** saids they will no longer HONOR their WARRANTY.

      I regrated to hear of the difficulties you have experienced while attempting to replace your broken dinnerware and have looked into this situation further.

      Going back into our files I was able to locate the original warranty/replacement information for our Corelle dinnerware patterns from this time frame. Including Butterfly Gold. I have attached images of the Replacement Guarantee and Continuity Promise.

      As you can see, the original warranty on Corelledinnerware was actually for 2 years. Currently it is for 3 years. We were unable to locate any information regarding a Lifetime warranty for Corelle.Based on this information, we would be unable to replace any additional items outside of the 4 replacements we have sent as goodwill gestures since 2018.

      However, we do regret any confusion that the warranty information may have caused and would like to work with you regarding your replacements. If you are able to provide copies if the lifetime warranty you are stating came with your dishes we will be happy to review the information for consideration.

      If that is not a possibility, we can offer a one-time 25%discount off of the purchase of any replacement dishes you require.

      We appreciate your loyalty to the Corelle brand and out company. If I can be of further assistance, please let me know.

      Corelle Brands is knowingly falsely advertising a knife block set that I ordered. After doing further research, beyond reviews published on their website, I found many other customers had the same issue. I purchased the Avondale 16-Piece Block Set (item #*******) on 7/31/22 (order #********). The item is advertised on their website as an espresso-stained wood block, however the box you actually receive states its a mahogany-stained wood block. After contacting customer service to see if I could get a replacement block, as I assumed they just sell multiple stain colors and I was sent the wrong one by accident, I was told that was the only product they had and that the color can vary from box to box based on it being natural wood. I then explained that sure, I could expect the stain to vary slightly, but the color being advertised does not even match the color described on the box that is being sent out. The representative then told me that I should just return for a full refund. So I did, however 3 weeks later am still awaiting a refund. Im not here necessarily for help with the refund, as they said it takes 30 days to process, but to address the intentional false advertising going on by this company as well as the horribly long return process they force you to go through just to get your money back because they sent you a product that does NOT match what they say they are selling. Extremely unethical business practices going on in this company.

      On August 17, 2022, I was using a Pyrex 7 Cup Glass Round Storage Container Blue as normal when cooking a packet of pasta in the microwave. After the normal cooking time, the bowl had broken into multiple pieces. I had originally purchased this bowl on October 25, 2021. I submitted a warranty request to request a replacement, but I did not receive a response.

      In July of this year I purchased an instapot and started using it immediately. I noticed a stench left over from the meal in the silicon ring and a film on the bottom of the pot. I googled and tried every cleaning options suggested by instapot. My entire inside of the pot is covered in this white crust that I can not remove as well as smells like anything I have ever cooked. My 30 day return window was up by the time I used the device and I also tossed the bulky box because I trust the brand name. I love the products ease of use and convenience but am afraid I will make myself sick using it any further. I feel like I recieved a faulty interior pan and sealing ring. I now have a product collecting dust because I fear using it. I paid a total of $98.65 for this product and would like it either replaced or returned please.
