  The company never picks up calls. We have been a long-time customer and all the tracking number in the email I sent to the *** have been lost since April and NO ONE is doing anything. Our rep quit and we have been given no one as a replacement. ******************, As the *** of my company, I am reaching out to you personally to ask for your help. We are a long time customer and have no representation from your company and have serious problems that need attention. The following are all lost shipments. My claims department is at **** end with all this loss. I need someone to contact me or the head of my claims department immediately to rectify these losses.   Do not book with this company. They tell you one thing, talk bad on other companies about raising costs and then do the same thing themselves. ********* was great to deal with made me feel very comfortable then lied and refused to return my calls. He called me back and answered me over 10 times on the initial order but when confronted about the upcharge he ghosted. Be aware and do not use them.!

  I can certainly understand the complaints that I've read and on the other side of the business the lease purchase side of the business with them was somewhat ok until you get in a situation financially. If you're not on a load and in the negative with your truck payment they won't help you, they shut your fuel card off if you're not under a load, cash advances are only once a week and at $150.00. That's nothing for all of the talk they claim of appreciating the IC's and O/Ops. You'll pay a weekly trailer rental fee if you're considering signing on as a lease operator and honestly I hated the way freight would look after yall would load me when I was there. Many occasions your own loaders would cause damage to the customer's freight and damage the roofs of your trailers putting holes in them. I. Don't wish anything bad on your company, I was just keeping it real and glad that I learned from this experience of leasing here. Oh yeah, and having to wait 2 and in some cases 3 days to get a load was ridiculous here even in areas that wasn't slow. Hope your lease purchase program improves as well as service to your customers#lessonlearned/movedon

  If I could give less than one star review, I would. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. They delivered the wrong package - it took up my entire garage and then refused to pick it up as I did not have a bill of lading for a package that wasn't mine. Meanwhile, they never found my delivery. When they finally picked up the package that wasn't mine, they called the next day asking where it was. They said they know the driver picked it up but they couldn't find it - ummm, how is this my issue?! Now, I just received a $150 invoice for the pick up of the goods that WEREN'T MINE! Myself and the shipper of my package spent hours on the phone trying to right this and the entire ordeal just got worse and worse. This company needs to be shutdown. They are a complete and total mess.

  My company just received a delivery from this roadrunner freight. The driver told our receptionist she had one box that she would leave at the front door. The driver then dropped a full pallet of boxes in our main parking lot, blocking the parking space. When asked to take the pallet around to our loading dock, she refused, saying it would be too much work. So now it was our problem, our receptionist was upset by the ignorant drive, we have a safety concern of unloading all these boxes from a pallet in a busy parking lot, and until it is moved our workers and visitors have a unusable, blocked parking space.Don;t trust roadrunner freight to do any job.

  All I can say is absolutely the worst shipper Ive ever had to deal with in 23 years of business. Their website tracking is that of a Third World country. Dont bother entering your email or phone number to get updates because it doesnt work. My shipment was supposed to be delivered on 13 March. I called every day with no information and long wait times on their customer service line. On Wednesday the 15th I called in the morning they told me it was out for delivery and emailed their driver to notify me an hour before. At the end of the day when it has still not arrived I called up, and they told me that it was out for delivery the day before and that nobody was available to receive it. Which was true but when I called on Tuesday morning they couldnt even find or tell me when it was going to be delivered. Now the company is trying to charge the shipper extra money to redeliver so they dont accept responsibility for any of their issues.

  I was contacted by ***** and this has been the worst nightmare for moving,, first of all they charged 32k to move from ** to MT and alot of my thing were destroyed broke they had no communication on the move ***** has got to be the most rude person I have every delt with and when the trucks finally got here they had a great crew from MT had took pride in my personal things, when they finished I had to pay them out of the remaining balance *******,,, then they went to collect there balance of ******* and basically told by ******************* luck collecting this has been the worst experience I have ever done... DONOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING HORRIBLE SERVICE *********************

  They work around lies. They told me that my product was delivered but we received someone else's shipment. I called 3 people, and they all told me different things. One told me it was In ******* and the others, lost or in ****? Turns out it was in ******* still have not seen the shipment. Watch out for this company. It took 2 days for them to find ONE item.

  The supervisor with missing fingers treated me like his employees... all I need is for them to return two DAMAGED $14,000 marine engines to the seller. Roadrunner documented they were damaged when they picked it up and never told me. Then the Manager *** threatens me and my wife saying " Think your real tough guy... i will ****** you a ****** outside tough guy". I threatened to call.the police but my wife was scared and told me to "just leave it alone... do the make a scene with ***." I called upper management and they said they will take care of that fingerless supervisor (they already knew he was a jersey from other customers) and Manager *** but we shall.see how serious they are!!!!
