      We will never use Roadrunner again. We had a large sample order of merchandise being shipped to the ******* Convention Hall for Ace Hardware's Fall 2023 show and it was supposed to deliver 09.06.23, five bussiness days, well it never showed up and took 28 business days. All of our manufacturers we represent were told today to NEVER use this company EVER again!

      Fabulous service. Delivery on time and perfect. **************** person went out to make sure my freight was on the truck for delivery. Thanks I can't believe all the bad reviews. Do satisfied customers never leave reviews?

      I use a 3rd Party Brokerage website to determine which freight company to use for my company's shipments. Road Runner consistently comes in as being the cheapest. There is a reason for that. They average around two days to pick up a shipment and they're estimated lead times in transit are a fraction of what it actually takes. I have finally done what I should have done a long time ago and banned my staff from ever using them again. I am still in a fight to be reimbursed for a damaged shipment they refuse to pay for. The damaged shipment sat at my customer's location for nearly a month, with the waybill being marked damaged, and a claim being submitted within one day of the damage being indicated . After a month, I could no longer wait, so I paid (A more competent freight company) to have the damaged freight returned back to me, since it was was a hydraulic cylinder of high value. Their reason for denying my claim? "You moved the freight back to the original shipper's location, so we are unable to inspect it" was their response to me. I suppose they are so overwhelmed with inspecting damaged freight all over the country, that they could not find the time within a month to review my shipment. I'm refusing their nonsense reason for denying my claim and will continue to pursue compensation. However, I have re-learned the valuable ****** that cheaper isn't always better, and it applies more than ever when it comes to Roadrunner and their horrible business ways. If you are brave enough to use Roadrunner, just know that it is a certainty that something will go wrong, whether it's damaged freight, lost items, delayed pick up, delayed delivery.

      Giving RoadRunner 1 star seems charitable. Was told a pickup was attempted from our customer in CA, but there's no record of a truck showing up the day they said they did. Then I was told there was a second attempt and my customers paperwork wasn't right and that the load was canceled. I contacted my customer to see what the issue was and it turns out the product was picked up. I followed up with RoadRunner and apparently they had a different tracking number than the one they initially gave me. I was told my load was sitting in the ****** Terminal but they required a signature that they failed to get during pickup so they couldn't release it? I again contacted my customer and they said they did sign out the truck and provided me with proof. Then I was told that it is in ****** Terminal and that it was cleared to be released and they would give me a call to schedule? Waited two more days and called to see what the hold up was. I was told the load is still in CA and that they were wrong about everything they said before and that they can't find a driver for the load? So now it sits in the RoadRunner Terminal waiting for a driver, which they said they have no idea how long it will take. If you're confused reading this, I assure you, it's confusing. I'm still waiting for this load with no answers. Between lying customer service and laughably bad tracking system, I don't think I'll ever use RoadRunner again. (i hope roadrunner doesn't read this and decide to hold another week out of spite)

      They are horrible. I have been on hold for an hour now. The car was to be transported and picked up on a specific date. As of now, we can't reach anyone. Be advised they will not hold any responsibility for anything. If the agreed upon pick up date is 3 days late, then you can cancel your flight, stay in a hotel, does not matter to them, NOT THEIR PROBLEM. We have had other companies ship the vehicles and not had these issues. It is my fault for not digging deeper, but they accommodated the date and that was what I needed. It was a lie. If I could give less than one star, I would.

      Roadrunner is flat out the worse trucking company to deal with! When they leave a voicemail they do not leave all the information we require (which is on our voicemail) then when you call back they do not answer the phone. My last load I spent on hold for 7 hours over 3 days, then when the freight does go out for delivery they are never on time or they do not show up then takes another 3 days just to set up another appointment. I would leave less than 1 star if I was able to.

      I agree with everyone else. Stole almost $2000 worth of my product off of my pallet. Sent me in circles to file a claim then told me to eat s*** I lost a lot of money with this deadbeat terrible company. They should be put out of business.I am thinking a class action lawsuit is in order based on these reviews.

      They continually call and email you then once you book they increase the quote and are unresponsive. I did finally get an email that the car would be picked up the next day but it had already been picked up two days prior. They felt their money and wash their hands of it. Keep in mind they are not the ones actually your vehicle, it is the driver at the transport company, not RoadRunner. The actual transport company was more communicative.

      One of the worst transportation companies that I ever worked with for the past 20years. First time working with them and it was a nightmare. Please everyone dont wast your time with this company.
