I have been trying to get access to my account and move my gift membership to my new one. I was told to call ************ which is never answered. After about 12 minutes, they force you to leave a voicemail which is never returned. I also tried the contact form on their website, also unanswered.Customer Answer

We have been wine club members for a long time. We would visit a few times per year and pick up our LUX upgraded bottle of wine for each month prior thereto. Then they changed they're policy and said you lose benefits if they are not used by the end of each month. After that we have attempted to pick up wine timely because if you don't, then this "rewards" program is a scam. Literally, without the monthly LUX upgrade, the $64.95 per month is more than the 3 bottles of wine would cost if they were simply purchased without a 3 bottle per month membership. Moreover, the 3 bottles of wine without an upgrade are mediocre and not worth the price.I would simply cancel but they owe us over 2 dozen bottles of wine. Thus we continue to attempt to enjoy the benefits (such as a dining discount, etc.), however, now we are experiencing new issues. Specifically, we were *********** a magnum bottle, but they quickly ran out and we were told to come back another day. Then I received an email telling me to go pick up my magnum, and my wife and I actually go there 2 days later for that purpose, only to be told that it is out of stock. The counter employees are rude and useless as they would substitute a cheap bottle of wine for the $65 bottle that we were ***********.I've sent emails and called repeatedly, but no one returns calls or emails.This is a very dishonest company that cheats the public because we're not reading the fine print.Initial Complaint

they will not cancel membership unless you call in but with 10 phone calls and many emails, no one responds or returns the emails. This is fraud. Someone needs to be able to cancel account in a reasonable manner. While leaving a message, someone actually picked up and was very rude and hung up on me. I have been calling the CoopersHawk corporate office at ************ for weeks and weeks and no one ever answers. If the phone answers its to leave a voicemail. I have emailed multiple times and no one returns my email. I initially tried to contact them to update my email address on my coopers account number ************. At this point I want to completely cancel my membership. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was charged on 12/26 for a monthly membership that I do not want. I attended Cooper's Hawk for the first time on the 22nd. We were told that you could get free samples of wine which we turned down at first but the waitress continued to insist. So we had two samples and that was it. We had water and nothing more drink wise. At the end of the order, I handed over my card assuming everything was fine since she was quickly trying to push us out and when I got home I realized that they had charged us for two whole glasses of wine. We did not have two glasses of wine. They charged us $23 for something we were not given. I've written the company several times. I've called them several times and left messages. No one has contacted me back. It feels like the people who work for this company pull fast ones over on people when the restaurant is busy because they don't think people will notice and when they do, they refuse to acknowledge anyone who realizes they've been overcharged. Horrible business. Horrible customer service. I wouldn't be so upset if people would have actually contacted me. It's been over a week with no response.Initial Complaint

I ordered a gift card for Christmas gift for $25.00 on 12/12/23 via the Coopers Hawk restraunt website. They sent me an email saying that it was sent to me on 12/13/23 by the mail. Invoice #******. As of today 12/29/23 I still have not received it yet. I have called their phone numbers they have listed and also left several voice messages but no one has gotten back to me. On Dec 23 as I have done for the past years, stopped in to pick up bottles of wine as gifts. As an ambassador wine member I knew I had a Luxe upgrade avsikable which the Coopers hawk worker asked if I wanted to use. I said yes. As Im leaving I see a text from my husband whose credit card is in file with coopers and he asks why his card was just charged. Look at receipt and sure enough charge go back in and two worker both looked and have the same responsethat oh I were charged and shouldnt have been. Our credit card systems were down yesterday so you have to call member services to dispute the charge. What? Thats was yesterday which had nothing to do with today. Also u just told be I see that I was charged on error and u want me to spend my time to fix ur mistake!? Then on top of that a very rude worker with pigtails by the name of ***** cuts me off slides the receipt over days you are gonna need that taps the receipt several times and days by now in this condescending dismissive manner same for her cohort **** who co-signed everything she said and did. I ask for a manager . Now I clearly see **** talking to him both look my way. **** comes over and says in a not so pleasant tone which set the tone of the interaction and clearly lies. He says how can I help u and I said Im sure ur guy explained the situation. He responds not so thats why Im here asking. I start to tell him why I am upset and cuts me off . Long story short , I know for a fact had I been white, none of these workers would have been rude and dismissive. The high handed tapping as if in an animal being called or dismissed is totally unacceptable and **** didnt seem to feel the need to acted it as he inappropriately but his hand on ****** shoulder as if coddling a child when Im asking for her name and a manager. Good morning this is ridiculous that I have to write this complaint but the customer service at ********************** in ******** located at ******************************************************* is very unethical called in yesterday to put my membership on vacation. The young lady I spoke to was rude, and very unethical it was obvious she did not know what she was doing. At first, she told me oh your account is on vacation because we cant find an account under your telephone number then to say upon asking for a manager I can put your account on vacation. Wait do I have an account or not? so I asked can I speak to the manager she just put me on hold didn't say hold on why I find my manager. Then after holding for 20 minutes I finally spoken to the manager **** he seemed unbothered by my compliant the funny thing is everyone says the same exact thing that the customer service is terrible WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS LOCATION.
