They replaced my roof in 2016. When I moved back to my home in 2021. I noticed that my gutters were not draining properly, water coming over the top of the gutter guards and ice damming. I saw that my soffits and facia were rotting out where they did not have proper draining. I had a different contractor come out to look at the damages and that was when we realized that the roofers that replaced my roof in 2016 never removed the gutters to replace the roof. They bent them down, then bent them back up; causing drainage issues which rotted my facia/soffits. They also put shingles on a flat portion of my front overhang which also contributed to the problem.I contacted AmeriPro Roofing (Part of American Dream) regarding the issues. They came out early in 2022 to inspect the roof and found the issues I just described. They also found the roofing tiles were damaged and needed to be replaced under warranty. Last December they replaced the shingles again and replaced my front gutters with new gutter guards. They replaced the front extended overhang with some flat roofing material that is not sealed properly and is wavy and unsecured to the deck. This also needs to be redone.They have not corrected the damage to the soffits and have again left poorly draining parts on my roof so the damage continues. Last December, they also removed the rubber membrane from my flat garage roof which was NEVER even part of the project, completely unauthorized! It was a nice rubber/asphalt roof that had no problems. They replaced it with some cheap thin rubber which was applied incorrectly; bubbles and seam leaks all over the area. I have asked that they replace it with a comparable product. They are refusing! This has compromised my garage. They are refusing to process the warranty for the shingles so the roof can be replaced again. They have completely stopped communicating with me until/unless I agree to what material and workmanship they want to put on my garage.

*********************** from ******* **** made this change to our home from a dream to a reality. Since day one she was professional, responsive, and so helpful. From explaining the process step by step to when each portion of the project was to take place. She was always checking in with us as well as how each job was going. She made this overwhelming and nerve racking process so simple. When we had concerns come up during the roofing installation she was quick to assist in getting it sorted.The siding crew that was hired was more than helpful with the process making sure any changes or questions were cleared with a face to face conversation before proceeding. They were so quick completing the project: demo and installation in just 1 1/2 days. Their clean up was amazing and took care in all the plants around the house. Thanks to AmeriPro we now have new roofing, siding and gutters.AmeriPro Roofing

I met with ***** from Ameripro, regarding storm damage to my house. (I had been waiting 2 months for another company's estimate.) Within 2 months of meeting ***** from Ameripro, my new roof was installed. ***** promised to be with me every step of the way. He stepped in my house we made first call to my insurance company for an inspection, insurance inspected and approved, roof installed. I recommend *****, Ameripro roofing.AmeriPro Roofing

*********************** did a fabulous job working with our insurance company to provide information and images that helped provide coverage for the cost of our roof replacement. The team that replaced the roof did a very good job. However, we had funds for gutter and downspout replacement, which have not yet been used. Amerpro wants these. I have an email trail that I am happy to provide to anyone interested, reaching from June of 2023 to May of 2023, in which I have explained in great detail, with cost breakdown, the insufficient funds requested of our insurance company by Ameripro for the roof replacement.When I contacted the insurance company, they understood the discrepancy immediately, and told me to have Ameripro send a revised estimate to include the ******************** in addition to the roof replacement. "We are not going to facilitate any additional information to your insurance company" was Ameripro's response.In other words, pay this out of your own pocket, because we can't be bothered to fix the problem that our incorrect estimate caused. Now I see a negative report on my credit rating. If this isn't resolved, I will have to involve my attorney. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY!!!AmeriPro Roofing

The work the crew did was very good and fully met my expectations. The problems i experienced was just getting the job done. I have a 2200 sq ft house that required approximately 27 squares of shingles and approximately 10ft x 10ft rolled roofing on a flat roof.
The project started on April 4th and was finally completed on June first.
The materials for the shingled roof were delivered on the 4th of april and installed on the 7th of april. The crew worked til well after dark and did a fantastic job of installing the roof and the clean up afterwards. I have no complaints whatsoever on this portion.
May 8th materials for flat roof delivered and were not staged according to my instructions.
May 18 Informed Amber via text message, and Jeanette Rodriguez via phone call, which all but one roll of roofing material, had been stolen. I also followed up with a phone call to amber. During that conversation she revealed to me that there has been a rash of theft in our area and that a police investigation had been initiated. Had she of stopped right there, this would not have been an issue. However, she named the specific contractor, ****** ******, whom she stated has hired someone to go around stealing material for him to use. Slandering the competion, by name to a customer is UNEXCEPTABLE and TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. I also reported this to my account manager ******** *********.
For reasons listed below I will never employ ameripro on future contracts.

Of commendable note though is project manager ******** *********. Although we have had some rather intense conversations, she has always treated me with dignity and respect. She was very upfront about the numerous delays and returned my calls in an expeditious manner.AmeriPro Roofing

I signed a contract with this company,and they choose to break it .They mislead me and charged me over $1,000.00 .They are not doing any inspection before,during or after the work was done and the fees compared to other roofers are exceptionally high yet there is no accountability.They hire crews who cannot speak english and act with impunity once they have your signature,knowing that consumers will rather pay,so credit score will remain unaffected!AmeriPro Roofing

AmeriPro Roofing was excellent through the entire process! I would absolutely recommend and give a Five Star review. My Restoration Specialist *************************** explained the process and was with me from beginning to the end! The installation crew was amazing; finished in one day & worked so very hard! The clean-up was so complete that you would never know they were there except for my beautiful roof! My roof was in such bad shape and now when the neighborhood drives past my house, they look up to admire my roof. I was so worried but with AmeriPro Roofing assisting me I had nothing to worry about.
