I had an issue with a recent tub of Simply Vanilla the texture was gritty and had undissolved salt-like crystals that didnt break down, even with blending. It was frustrating, and definitely not the quality I expected. But to Isopures credit, their customer service reached out quickly, took the issue seriously, and offered a replacement without any hassle. Mistakes happen, but how a company handles them says a lot and in this case, they made it right. I respect that and will continue to use their products.Isopure

Its rare to find service that feels both personal and expert-level. Major kudos!Now, lets get into the product. Ive never been a fan of heavy protein shakesespecially before, during, or right after a workout. Thats where Isopure Infusions shine. Theyre light, refreshing, and easy to sip on while Im working out. I even save a bit for post-workout, and it always gives me that extra boost of energy I need. Isopure customer service was quick to answer the phone and emailed me to take care of the issue I had with their product. Ive used their product for 2yrs now and find it to be superior to other brands in quality and nutritionally.
