    They came right away to replace the window well covers. They did a really nice job. It looks professionally done and fits tight. The installer was very nice and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company.

    Will not honor warranty! Wellexpert changed the price upward and charged my Credit card without notice of the increase. They said that the covers were bigger than expected. They had a technician come out and measure but still got it wrong. They promised the lower original quote over the phone and then tried to settle closer to the higher number. We finally settled on the original quote but now they will not give me a warranty. Communication was awful and end result is original quote but they will not honor warranty.

    Well Expert was great! I spoke to **** and he was super helpful providing quotes and options to me over the phone for our larger window well cover. This is the second cover we have gotten with them, we will continue to use them for our window well needs. Thank you!

    Had 5 window well covers installed this summer. Professional young man came out, he was very polite. He clean the well then installed beautiful covers. Ask if I could stand on them. He said go ahead. I did, couldnt believe the strength. Very happy customer, told my neighbor about it. Now hes ordering them.
