5 stars**** did a wonderful job explaining the process and he assured me that there would not be any suprise up charges or hidden costs. He listened to my basement window needs and then scheduled **** to come out and measure and explianed that I needed just one window well replaced and not all three. It turned out to **** that came out to retreat the metal frame for the window and repalced the basement windows with the exact ones i was quoted. **** is professional with attention to detail. He was not rushed at all and completed the work calmly and quietly. The window cover and the window well technicians were just as p[***** and professional as everyone else I came in contact with. The fron office lady was very nice by making sure I recieved the bills and sending me the receipts. I was very nervous becuase my last contactor who did my kitchen floor was a disaster. ***** assured me that i would not have a negative experience. ***** was correct. Great job Well Experts. Stated they would clean out debris before install, never did. Stepped on the covering with one foot to test durability and doesnt seem durable enough for 800 pounds as stated. Not ****** impressed. They never even called me to let me know when install was complete, also never received any sort of receipt.

Hi *** - Thanks for your insight. Just to clear this up for future customers, we do sometimes offer a courtesy clean out of leaves and debris but deep cleaning is a fee base service. Our covers are rated to hole up to 850lb of static weight due to our proprietary U-CHANNEL cross supports. Finally we do not call our customer to let them know the work is done instead we show up reliably on the day we schedule and complete the work to our high standards. As far as sending a receipt, it is not necessary because you order confirmation serves as your receipt. We strive to keep our experience simple and easy for our customers.
