      They repeatedly charge fees that are in direct violation of the order from the class action lawsuit just settled against them. I have called and emailed multiple levels of management and all my requests are ignored. They have refused to provide me with documentation of my account specifics in regards to the class action lawsuit. *** has stated that KCC is the settlement administrator, but they say they are not and have no record of the lawsuit.

      My money keeps disappearing from my accounts. I put cash into my accounts August 18, 2022 and it has not been posted into my accounts today is 8/20/2022. I believe the Scott credit union is always trying to keep my monies to get interest for themselves. When I do a wire transfer from ** ** ** and they keep it for days and do not release my monies. This credit union had frauds on my account. I am in the process of taking all of my direct deposits put of these credit union.
