    I received a keysmart pro black as a Christmas gift. Out of the box, it would not charge. I sent an email to customer service on January 17 and, 1 month later, received a response on February 20. The response was that the color I had (black) was no longer available. I was offered either the iOS model (I don't have an iPhone) or the rose gold, pink, version of the Android model. Reluctantly, I responded in February 24, that I would take the pink one. I received no response. On March 18, I asked for an update. Again, no response. Again, on April 1, I asked for an update. I have still received no response and, subsequently, am placing this review. All I want is what I should have had in the first place but I feel as though I am being stonewalled at this point.

    I purchased a $150 worth of Magstack Pro cables from ****************************************** on February 27, 2025. As of March 29, 2025 I still do not have them. When I ordered them, the website said they were instock, and it still says they are instock. Their shipping policy ********************************************* says the following:"Preparation time for orders to be shipped: 1 business ************: usually 4-7 days after shipment for US orders, but it can take up to 15 days depending on carrier delays which can rarely happen. For international orders, it delivery time is usually 5~15 business days, and in some rare cases, it can take up to 20 business days."I have reached out and had multiple communications from the company from "Curvgroup Support ************************************** They told me they had a problem in their system that caused a delay, but it was fixed 2 weeks ago. I waited another week and still no update on the order, the site still says "Your order is confirmed". I emailed them initially on March 15th and again on March 25th, both times they still say they are working on the backlog but would not give me a timeframe.The fact that the site showed in stock and still does, and their shipping policy I feel they are scamming customers. The fact it has been over a month and the items have not even shipped I beyond frustrating and upsetting.

    On December 3rd I ordered 80$'s worth of magnetic cables and chargers. - as of January 5th I hadn't received anything! I complained and they sent me a partial order of TWO CABLES!! - Where is the rest of my stuff? Way to ruin Christmas. I have sent mail to their StatikCo Website, Their CCurvGroup website and various other email responses to my order. I'm simply tired of their silence and think they need to send me the Christmas presents I ordered for my Family. I can see why they have a D- here at the BBB.If you are able to help, thank you - otherwise I'm unsure where to go, ******* far, I have received Two Blue cables - My email says they sent Green (couldn't even get that correct)They still owe me:1 free 14$ mystery gift (good luck on that)2 Green GloBright Magnetic Charging Cables 1 48W ************************** Adapter 1 pack of Magnetic Tips I even ordered the "Shipping Protection" for a buck

    Better Business Bureau:

    The Business has addressed my concerns outside of addressing the BBB in reference to complaint ID ********. My issue is resolved and my complaint can be closed. 

    The apology requested was less than spectacular as you can see from the attachments - and I never received the green cables I originally requested. - I received all blue - and the "suprise" gift I received was a blue 3 foot cable - 90 days later and 60 after Christmas, I'm pleased that this is resolved and without your assistance I would been ignored. Thank you very much

    This company advertised a buy one get one for Statik360 Pro chargers. I ordered 4 deals so I would receive 8 as Christmas presents for my grandchildren. I was charged the right amount for my order but only received 4 chargers even though my shipping statement states there should have been 8. I have attempted to email them on at least 3 different occasions. One from my email and 2 from my grandsons(*********************************). One generic response to him said he would hear from them again, but he has not. I have called the number listed on their website and have not been able to talk to anyone or even leave a message. The voicemail is full. All I am asking for is the 4 chargers that I have coming to me.

    An order was placed on 12-19-24. On 12-26-24 I emailed the company telling them to cancel the order and started a credit card dispute. I heard nothing from them until 1-6-25 saying the order shipped. Which was a lie at the time only a label was created. I emailed them again saying I canceled the order and do not want it. They emailed me back saying sorry the order shipped. I called ***** to have the package returned to them but they were unwilling to assist as the shipper has to recall the shipment. ( stupid in my opinion as NO shipper is going to do that). No I will be forced to stay home to refuse the package to the drivers face when it could have been stopped at the fed ex center in ********.

    I made an order and have attempted to contact them numerous times and all they do is send an automated reply. They charged me for the order but have not answered any emails as to when I will received the order.

    I Ordered a smartcard on their website on December 7, 2024. Their website displays: Symbol of American Flag, Address in US Orders processed in 12 hours First class mail, delivered in 3 to 5 business days, Owner ******* ****** advertised as creating this card.

    I placed an order on 11/25/24. Keysmart was advertising Black Friday promotions that I wanted to take advantage of for potential Christmas gifts. I ordered:Two Keysmart iPro key holders ($49.99, buy one get one free)Two Keysmart Smartcards ($39.99, buy one get one free)Seven Statik Hexcharge cables ($14.99, buy three get three free with one more "free" cable for one cent)One Free Mystery Gift (charged one cent)Shipping Protection (mandatory, charged 98 cents)Subtotal: $135.95 First Class Shipping (3-5 days)CA state tax: $8.16 Orange County Tax: $0.33 Orange County District Tax Sp: $0.67 Orance County Local Tax Sl: $1.36 Total: $146.47 I emailed the company on 12/2/24 to check on my order. I am able to see that my order had not even been packed nor shipped yet and I wanted to check. I received a response from a *********** Centeno ****** informing me that these items are delayed because they are out of stock. She has not been able to tell me when the items will be in stock nor give me any estimate of when I should expect my order. I have sent follow-up email messages since then telling me basically the same thing repeatedly. My most recent email back to them sent on 12/13/24 asking for follow-up has been met with no response. I have had to contact my credit card company and dispute the charges.I can understand if an item sells out and I am unable to purchase it. I'm irritated in that all the while I am being told that all of my items are sold out, they are still being advertised as for sale on their website with different holiday promotions. I can't fathom how a company can just take customers' money with no intention of fulfilling their promise and no follow-up. There is not even a customer service phone number for me to call, even when I explicitly asked in my email if I may please be given one so I can follow-up on this.I have purchased from Keysmart in years past and like their products overall, but I don't like their business practices.

    Ordered two glow bright 360 6 ft phone chargers and get one free 360 6-ft phone charger. On ****** at 1:14 a.m. in the amount of $35.98. it gave me three choices for shipping which was outrageous on top of the 35. 98 so I pushed cancel. I said do you want to confirm you cancellation of this order and I said yes. It took me out of ****** back to the website it said sorry you missed out and tried to show me more deals because I canceled my order. A few minutes later I got a message from ****** saying they paid the $35.98 to the company without the shipping cost. I tried to contact the company at the number giving ************ that says this number does not exist. I would like a full refund. I never even received an email stating order number tracking number anything like that because I canceled the order before it went through

    Purchased keysmart w/ tile on September 5, 2024.Product arrived on September 14, 2024 doa, will not power on. Mag connect pro magnet is extremely weak. On September 18, 2024 refund was requested. Email response time is extremely slow. September 25, 2024 response was to convince me to receive a reshipment. I denied and requested refund. Seller sent address to send to with no shipping label. I requested shipping label to return defective product.Issue still not resolved
