      ZERO STARS! RIDICULOUS! A $900 bill to lift my 100 year-old father off the floor at the end of his bed, after he had fallen, and placed him back in bed. Additionally, he was not questioned to see if he needed medical attention. Thankfully he is okay. However, I feel that my elderly parents are completely being taken advantage of. They were not provided any indication that there would be a charge.

      Almost $5k to take my daughter from a hospital to a behavioral health facility. Non emergency and about 50 mile ride. I can fly my family to Europe for less than that. This is disgusting, billing working people this amount and actually being allowed to do so. This a legalized rip-off and these people are pure scum of the earth.

      Fainted in 2022 Daughter called Ambulance! 2miles away to then ******************** I was covered by Hap advantage & ******** and Insurance paid all but 284.00$ of the over 2,000$ 2 miles to drop at the *** For the last 6 Months they call me repetitively all day various telephone numbers and when I did speak to rep twice to make payment arrangements, they were so unprofessional arrogant rude and threatening that made me Diabetic High Blood pressure Thrombocytopenia kidney disease etc....68 year old senior residing in senior low income apartment. Been Hospitalized numerous time since my attempted payment arrangements! I am not a dead-beat! I with my low Income will pay them! Superior Ambulance shame on you.**************** ******* **

      Their billing service representatives are rude and unprofessional. They are very argumentative and that is not helpful at all. Unfortunately, their management is unprofessional as well. I know they have to deal with rude callers but I did not come off as rude and they were on the defensive side immediately. I wish they could be more Professional and respectful to their customers. Instead of arguing with your customers, try to give advice and options.

      Very poor upprofessional service. Crew were told they were simply transferring a cancer patient not that I had a life threatening internal bleed. They sat in front talking about their drinking plans for the weekend and complaining about the dispatcher giving them the crappy late night runs. Had my situation gone critical I suspect I would have died in transport

      Superior ambulance is a joke I have first hand witnessed as an employee in *********** the bad service they have given and the way they can treat their employees is Criminal they always promote patient care but after profits only they are in lawsuits over their head and continue to move forward as a good caring outfit I myself have been wronged in a wrongful termination and can't believe they continue on do not ever use Superior Ambulance you are not safe with them

      Beyond upset that after 6 phone calls to receive a current invoice after making a payment on 3/14/23, over two weeks now they have yet to provide me with verification of current balance owed after payment has been applied. The funds for the payment made on 3/14/23 was deducted from my bank account the same day over $1,000. I have informed them that in order to have my insurance help pay the $6,000 current balance I have to provide them with the statement that shows my last payment was posted to my account. This statement needed is time sensitive and I have informed Superior Ambulance customer ********************** employees on multiple phone calls and been given the run around. The insurance company informed me that this statement has to be provided to them within 30 days from the date of my payment. I was told on 3/20/23 someone will call me on Friday 3/24/23 and was never called. Now Im being told to allow them time to post the payment they received back on 3/14/23 another two weeks or so. This will then laps the time frame given to me by my insurance company and will then force the invoice on me. This company was called my the hospital caring for my son to take him to another hospital. I never called them and to receive this outrageous bill of $7,120.00 for a 31 mile drive from one hospital to another hospital both in network with my insurance to find out this EMS service provider was out of network is very upsetting.

      BEWARE! This company is not in network with **************** Shield/ Anthem- one of the largest in **/IN. Superior This service takes advantage of people who need to be transported between hospitals. My insurance provider has paid a reasonable amount toward the bill according to their records, and how they pay other services. The Superior bill remains exorbitant even after negotiations. This is unfair as our patient has just recently turned 18 and was given no other options of transportation while in a life or death situation. Unfair and certainly unkind and unethical.

      Their billing practices and customer *********************** are lacking to say the least. They are very unprofessional. They refuse to follow the standard billing practices and dealing with insurance companies for this type of industry. Their phone prompts should go as follows:Press 1 to be disrespected Press 2 to be threatened Press 3 to get nowhere Press 4 to add more stress to your life And so on.I have never dealt with a medical facility so unprofessional in my whole life. They are suppose to be there to help you, not make your life h*** and add more stress to the ill.

      Do not trust this company, there is zero disclosure on costs. I was charged $4,286 for a hospital transfer 34 miles. **** in mind, I was not given an option for the transport and would rather have drove my son myself.
