First thing the *** said to me is to stop crying! She said there is no reason to cry because you fell! I told her that I'm crying because of pain not embarrassment! My knees were not weight bearing at this point so I needed help to get up off the floor. She said that they weren't picking me up twice. So decide if I'm going to the hospital or staying! I couldn't help with my legs to get up so they called for help. While waiting she asked,"where's your mother?" I was shocked by this! My mother died in ****!!! I told her when she died as it was Sept 2023 when the *** said this!! She INSISTED REPEATEDLY THAT SHE SAW MY MOTHER SITTING AT THE ***** MANY TIMES!! IN AN APARTMENT DECORATED EXACTLY LIKE MINE!!Can you imagine how I felt??? My mother died many years before I moved into this apartment!!! Then she said that maybe it was another apartment. After being hurt in a fall I didn't need to be badgered about my dead mother!! She also said that the hospital wasn't going to keep me. Just run tests and send me home. What the heck is wrong with this woman?? She needs a new line of work instead of trying to intimidate people who need help!!This happened Sunday morning Sept 17,2023.

RUDE! NO RESPONSE TO HAVE CALL BACK FROM MGT RE: ISSUE. ALSO CANNOT GET THROUGH ALWAYS HAVE TO GET CALL BACK. This company should be ashamed of themselves especially working with the public. I have made it a point to my mom's assisted living administration to NEVER use this company.

Yet another complaint about overcharging. Our family has had the unfortunate situation of having had to make use of ambulances for health emergencies frequently over the last 10 years. Never have we received an excess charge until Superior. ****** apparently contracts with Superior and called them for a transfer between hospitals. $39 per mile for a non-emergency transfer. We are stuck with a $3500 excess charge. Refuse service if you can (we couldn't because Aurora is contracted with Superior) and avoid Superior. They are billing ********** Blue Shield (and likely other insurance companies) 3x what all other ambulance services in the area are charging. I'd leave zero stars if I could.

A terrible service that should be forced to close their doors by the state. Perhaps the team members are good that provide the ambulance service but as far as billing and office help? ( if thats what you want to call it) ---- just a total embarassment to the medical field. Their billing procedure along with their exhorbant price tag they put on their service is harsh and unforgiving. Office help is majorly rude, they are argumentive instead of trying to understand one's hardship and have a horrible habit of just hanging up the phone on you. And as far as not being within ********** / Blue ******* network for insurance puroposes? ----- unheard of! You don't except BCBS ---- the largest insurance provider in ******** ----- that must be your reasoning to stay in business ---- charge people an over-exaggerated cost for your services and hope they will give in to your financial whims. Praying upon people and families that have gone through a hardship ---- shame on your company and everyone that works for your service.

They charge me almost $8000 for an ambulance transport between 2 years about 8 miles apart. I just had cellulitis in my leg, an infection, and they had nothing to do for me.

Transport from one hospital to another (8 miles) cost us $7,150. The EMT's didn't have to do anything as my husband already had the necessary IV'S In place. I refuse to pay such an exorbitant bill. Please investigate this company. Thank you

Terrible customer **********************. It took over 4 months to get the bill and it comes marked due immediately. I called multiple times over several days before I finally got a call back. Since the bill was $4k I asked to set up a payment plan and was told they need the money immediately. Very rude person on the other end of the line and someone with a total lack of compassion or understanding.

I was told the charge to transfer my husband 14 ***** would be *******. I then received a bill for ******* more which could not be explained. The customer ********************** representative could not tell me why there were additional charges, nor could she explain the quote I was given. I will be calling the attorneys general of **** and ******** and reporting to *********

A non emergency hospital to hospital transfer for my kid needing only IV and O2 for 8 miles was $8000. My insurance though out of network paid them $6500 and would not cover some ridiculous amounts like $400 for a EKG monitor, $120 for a pulse oximeter check. Hospital called them for the transfer and we had no choice since no ambulance within 30 miles radius is in our network. Insurance has provided enough to cover their expenses but they still want more flesh. Very unethical and exorbitant billing practices.
