Excellent. Prompt, professional, and thorough. Diagnosed problem, then ran the machine to confirm diagnosis. Very **************. Did not have parts necessary to make repair and communicated it may take several days to procure them. Called next morning to say they had obtained the parts, and returned that day to make repair. Tested the machine to ensure repair was correct, and to verify the repair had resolved the issue. Very neat, left no mess, and wore shoe coverings whenever the were in the house. Very pleased, and have already recommended to a friend.Mr. Appliance of Mid America

This was a wonderful experience! The technician was quick to diagnosis the problem with my washer, quoted the exact cost of repairs and ordered the part. It arrived as anticipated and was installed the next day as scheduled. Seamless process. I highly recommend!!Mr. Appliance of Mid America
