The staff at Jacob were very helpful, professional, and knowledgeable! Our remodeled bathroom looks beautiful! They arrived on time, stayed late, and were able to come back and complete the job after we had an unexpected delay. I would highly recommend them and will use them again in the future!

Jacobs is the epitome of how a business is run. From exceptional sales appraisal to staying in contact with updates to installation times to actual installation. All of Jacobs representatives are professional and willing to do whatever it takes to have a great outcome of their product. In my case it was a walk-in shower install. Have used the Jacob Companies for windows, a door and soffit/gutters. We received first class treatment during each job, from the sales reps to the installation teams. The work was completed on schedule and the crews were professional and friendly. More importantly, they did a super job. We couldn't be happier with the look and performance of the finished products.
