We love our new sunroom addition!! The Jacob's team was very responsive to any issues that occurred during the construction process. And willing to go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with their work. As with any construction project the process may take a lot longer than anticipated, but the finished product is gorgeous.

Would not recommend this company unless you do not care to know what or when the work will begin. Communication was poor: no phone call, no email, nor text message to inform us of delays or other issues. Then they billed the finance company before the work was completed- the office staff obviously did not know it was not done. They also added in the final cash payment that was due on completion. This cost us an "over-the-limit" fee. They did correct this issue, but not before damaging our credit rating. We love our screen room, but have noticed a hairline crack in the concrete near the patio door. We are watching to see if it gets larger, but are afraid to contact them to fix it if it changes.Jacob Sunroom, Exteriors & Baths

They were all amazing. ***** hooked me up with a great price! **** kept me informed the entire process of how things would work. ***** was great and the installation went in without a hitch! Other than the long wait time for the window and door to arrive, everything else was perfect! ***** was on top of things the entire time and kept me informed along the way. The two gentlemen who installed the window and door were perfectionists! There kindness and professionalism were top-notch.The window and door I received were exactly what I asked for and the difference it made in my home is indescribable. I had my bathtubs replaced with showers. Everyone involved from start to finish were very professional and knowledgeable.
The technician, ***, who installed the showers made sure we were happy with placement of shelves, grab bars and seat. I was very confident in his abilities and work ethic.
I am very pleased with the quality of the materials.

Installer did a great job. Salesman, front office, not so much. We were told they "only do the wet area of bathroom" which we had done. The sales guy is no longer there, nor are many people who work in office. Just had a difficult time having a normal conversation with anyone. It was just an odd experience, but *** the installer was pure gold.
