****** came to repair my old water heater. He provided me with detailed explanations and options available for my situation. He ended replacing the unit that was located in a tight spot on the second floor. He took his time to complete the work and he left the place super clean after he completed the job. Nico and ***** were fantastic. Its rare to feel like you are getting good service these days. These guys were friendly, professional, and genuinely seemed happy to help us. I had a service technician by the name of *********************** cone to my home today, besides him being professional, he was very respectable with my home (wearing his shoe protectors) which I truly appreciated! He also went above and beyond to ensure that my drain pipe was cleared. I truly will request for him to come and do my yearly inspections on my heating and A/C unit going forward. The service man was in and out of my house within about 15 minutes and fixed the problem. He even showed me what he had done to fix the problem, so if it happens again, I might be able to fix it on my own. He was very courteous and professional at the same time. He has been here before and did his work in the same manner as today.
