Precision Today installed a furnace & A/C unit at my house on 6/3-6/4/2025. They did not bother to seal the main joint to the gas hookup so gas was leaking into my basement. When I called there on 6/13 to tell them about the gas leak, they told me to call ****** to get the gas turned off and that they would have someone call me back right away. Well, ****** came out within an hour and noticed that Precision Today did not even s**** on the joint or use compound to seal it shut so the gas was leaking rapidly. Precision never bothered to call me back. I had to call them back later and tell them that ****** had to fix their problem. Very unprofessional and obviously don't care about their customers enough to even call back. If the workmanship isn't up to par, why does ****** have to fix things? Seems like this was a problem for Precision Today and NOT ******.Precision Today Plumbing Heating Cooling Electrical, LLC

We sincerely apologize for the issues you faced on 6/13/25 regarding an improperly sealed gas valve. We sent two technicians out on 6/13/25, but the gas company had already resolved the issue when the technician arrived at your home. 5 stars******* is very professional and polite and patient. And very respectful.Unfortunately the finance company was unable to finance my brother who is a veteran. I understand the process. 1 starFor the past two *******, the furnace that Precision today has installed, has failed to meet the personal requirements of the customer. They sold me a train furnace for $10,000 and when The temperature drops the furnace only goes up to 70 and they tell you oh you have an efficient furnace. 1 starNot recommended for any service . Stay away as far as possible. I had issue with the **** I was charged $815 . Asked then to service and they said the service fee will be waived off .It was charged after the repair , And the repair lasted for only 30 mins when called back I was told that due to recommendation not followed which was entirely false. I have a kid and had to spend 2 days without Heater in ******* winter. There was no process feedback or they don't have any process to register any issue . Everything has to be done by call .And if you ask them question they will block you . So it money down the drain. I would defiantly not ask anyone call them . 1 starI signed a year contract with them for general checkups on heating, AC,electrical and plumbing. I had two different plumbers lie to me about the plumbing repairs. One said I needed a new toilet and the price he quoted me was outrageously high, so I checked with another company and saved over $500. The kicker was that I didnt need a new toilet and my old one just needed a new gasket!Review fromPatricia E
