    Do not buy from this business. No communication after order & no product!Order placed 7/2/2025. Immediate response order received. NOTHING until 7/8/2025 telling me shipping label made.USPS has not received item as of 07/15/2025.Awful business practices!

    I did not receive what they advertised very poor quality. Do not purchase from this company. Next time I will research the BBB before purchasing online. Very disappointed

    Had I known they were NOT a BBB-accredited company DOING BUSINESS IN THE ***, I_never_would have ordered from them. When I let them know I wanted to return the two items for credit, they offered a 10% credit on my purchase-price for return shipping TO ********* and for me to keep the items. Having no other option, I took it. We will see if they do that. I will donate the sub-standard mdse to a charity like **************! They are a rip-off. ?? I would give them a zero rating if it had been possible.BUYER BEWARE!

    I never received the item. Could not get a refund. Was told after googling the carrier to get the contact number, I was told that their aware of the fraud from the fake delivery service. They gave me the actual delivery service that is theirs. Which didn't help me to get any help. Far as I can tell Slena Apparel isn't legit or connected to people who are not leget. I only ordered because my friend sent me the link because he wanted me to order the item.

    I tried to return the cross body bag only to be told I would have to ******* back to ********* even though it came from.their us distributor. They know that the cost to send it back to ********* would be almost as much as the item.****

    WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.Not a USA Company as advertised.Returns are not free. Fraudulent ************** takes days to get a response and if you decide to return the item you have to send it to *********. At your own expense. The reason I took a chance and ordered was because it rolls across the top of their website: Free Shipping/Free Returns/USA based company. Also stated on their website they offer a 60 day money back guarantee, no questions asked.Not only do they ask questions to return, they make it extremely difficult. Shipping it to ********* is crazy. I asked for a label to return and they will not provide one. I asked for someone to call me, because there are no phone numbers anywhere. No one will call me back.Also, I have noticed the only reviews on their website are the 5 star ratings. The reviews shown on BBB prove there are lower ratings, they just wont show them.

    I purchased 2 of their purses as gifts and they were never delivered. When I would check the tracking number, it kept showing that they were in route and should arrive "today". When customer service finally responded to my emails, they said the driver could not deliver to my address. Their excuse was that I did not put an apartment # on the order (which was a lie).The girl (Jade) then informed me that they would not and could not issue a refund. This company is a FRAUD! By looking at the other reviews, I see others are stating the same thing happened to them. DO NOT BUY!

    I ordered the crossbody wallet from Selena Label ***...first thinking this company was in ***************** because why would they use USA in the name. The name is deceitful, this item comes from *****. My ordered was placed on Dec. 17 and I have still not received it. I checked the tracking number everyday and receive the same info only the arrival date is always "arriving today". This tracking states it has been received in ******** ******** on Dec 31, 2024 which is only about 30 minutes from me. I emailed the company and received an unacceptable response. "We cannot control when *** or **** delivery...very rude response and would not help any further. Luckily I used my ****** account and this is now in a dispute. This happened to me once before & I should have investigated this company further but did not. Please do not order from this company....the product comes from *****. It is almost a month since I ordered from this company & so far 11 updates from "Shop" with the last one stating it has been in ********. I ordered the wallet where you buy one & get one free. While investigating this ************* refund policy, no refunds on sale items LOL. Of course their products are always on sale!!! Should have read that before ordering, my bad. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.....THE NAME IS DECEITFUL. My rating is zero stars but it is not an option.

    I purchased a buy one get one free and never received the two purses. After reviewing the tracking details, somehow the shipping label had an incorrect shipping address, which did not match the confirmation email from Selena the Label. After numerous emails and perhaps the worst customer service I have ever dealt with, I have yet to get a refund or find out the details about my pending order. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I AM STARTING TO BELIEVE THEY ARE A FRAUDULENT BUSINESS. They do not reply to my emails and have terrible customer service.

    I purchased two bags, that do not hold my cards or my cellphone, they smell like mildew and are cheaply made. **** offered a 25% refund or ship to ********* for full refund.If item is shipped from ******** it shoul be returned to ********. shady business practices. Shipping to ********* from the ** with tracking will cost near what was paid for the bags.
