    STL is 100% false advertising. Do not believe the pictures or fake reviews that you see in ******** as i did. I normally perform a background check on companies like this and fail to do so this time. I purchased two purses for $39.95 and it has been a week and no items delivered. When you try to use the tracking database they provided, it never updates from the initial date of purchase. You can get better customer service and similar items from ******.

    Received my item yesterday quicker than I expected but when I opened the clutch wallet to inspect, zipper wasnt working properly not to mention it had a fishy smell. Tried contacting customer service by leaving email because theres no physical address on where to return merchandise for a full refund or a contact number to speak to someone. I want my money back.

    I elected to return my order because the material and structuring of the item looked cheap. I couldnt find a return address on their website so I sent it to the address on the return label which is in *****. **************** now says its to be return to ********* and shipping would be more than the item. Had the product been quality, I would never have known that the vendor has dishonest business practices.

    Delivery takes forever (my order from 2 weeks ago has still not arrived.) No phone number to contact.Impossible tracking software, despite their message "you can track here."One star.

    I ordered two purses from SelenaTheLabel. When they didnt come as expected, I tracked them down and learned that they had sent my order out without a street address and so the box was returned to the company. Im not sure why they didnt contact me via the email or phone I provided, but when I contacted them, they told me it was my fault and I would need to repay for shipping, in order to get my purchase. The person was extremely rude and unprofessional, and I couldnt get my money back until I started a claim with my credit card company. Its not possible to give a one star review on their website. It just stops working. Theres no place to send it to.

    I placed an order on November 4th and my tracking number shows the last confirmation on ******* on November 13th. Ive contacted customer service multiple times and they continue to send me an automated email with my tracking number. I am qualified to track my package. My package IS NOT MOVING!!!!! Not looking good for Christmas present nor a future order. Poor customer service.

    I ordered the **** in August. I wanted them for a vacation in Sept. The purses came the day after we left. They had over 3 weeks to get here on time! So obviously sat here for 2 weeks. When we got back I opened them and found one of them had a zipper to hold coins that just stayed open no matter which way you pulled. The other wasn't broken but the strap was so flimsy, I decided to contact the company to return them. They told me it was past the 2 week return policy! I was furious! I explained what happened, that they didn't get here until after our vacation & then one was broken & the other strap was going to break after any use! Nope, can't send it back! And of course no money back either! So I started giving them 1 star ratings and explained what happened. Then they private messaged me on ******** to ask me what the problem was. It has been back and forth ever since and it's now the end of Oct. They won't give me my money back and they've told me they're sending a replacement 2 separate times 3 weeks apart. Why would I want a replacement of a garbage product? I had to throw out the other 2. And I also sent them a picture of the one that the strap is coming off and a video of the zipper not closing. This company is trash and so is their product! Buyer beware!

    I bought this clutch to use on a vacation. It was not good quality and does not look like the photos. It looks cheap. After only 2 weeks of use the area broke that holds one of the strap clips. When I received the clutch, I did not open it and use it right away because I was saving it for my vacation. I contacted customer service just 6 days over the 30 day return policy and they would not refund my money, even though I sent them pictures of the defect. Dont be fooled. Dont buy this product.

    I also agree that it is a scam. Encountered the same poor zipper quality. Sent an email to support and response comes back at midnight (guessing *****!!!). They continue to ask for photo and now want a ******* VIDEO of the zipper. So much for trusting anyone again that says made in *******. I believe it to be a crock of s*** AlsoNO WHERE is there an actual phone number for the company to reach out to them that way. Dont buy their product!!
