This company is not responsive to issues, doesn't train it's staff, or prioritize customer service. On 7/28/22 TSR did an epoxy floor covering in our basement. During that process one of there staff recorded TikToc videos, they damaged every wall in all three rooms with their tools, glue, and floor flakes. The floor wasn't complete and when the repairman came to look at it, I ran my hand across the floor and it cut my finger and drew ****** They redid the floor again two weeks later with marginal improvement and then a third time leaving still rough. We asked them to come back and said it was good enough. They did $1450.00 in damage and delayed our construction by 5 weeks not to mention the ticktok issue. Staff wouldn't respond, home office was no better. I asked that the gentleman filming in my basement never come back, the sales rep assured my they were no longer with the company, but on the third attempt to do the job right they sen the employee who was doing the filming to my house. I was in tears. They did offer to reduce the price by $500.00, when we told them we wanted to $1450.0 covered they took three days to call back and said they could only discount the project $1400.00. I would have expected a large discount on top of that but just want to warn future customers. They invest in their salesman to talk the talk but not in production staff to do the job.This basement remodel is supposed to by a gift to my husband for this 20 years of service in the army. He gave up a custom bar to pay the extra to have the epoxy floor, he hasn't seen the remodel yet but as it's gets close to being done I know he is going to be sad about this

*****, obviously this project did not go as planned from the start. Unfortunately the project manager that you were working with was relieved of his duties and allowed to seek employment else where. I am unaware of the tiktok video, but I did check the tiktok accounts of all the people on that job and I do not see a video of your home on there. Unfortunately its very hard to police social media pages and we also have laws and guidelines we have to follow in accordance with employment practices. I did authorize the full amount of the $1450 so I'm not sure why you only received $1400. Let me know how else I can help.Review fromTheresa P

After little to no response from the ****************** about the irresponsible installation that left excessive dust and debris behind, I requested a call from the *** J ***** This call was futile, and no resolution was given. Before install & as instructed, we hung plastic over 2 large doors of a playroom for children in our school to protect it from all of the dust and debris. The installers assured us they would secure it down once they got into the area and before the work begun. I left tape for them, but they did not do what they said. The entire room became engulfed in gray cloud of dust that covered every surface. When called out on it they argued they tucked the plastic in, but wind blew it out. No one took responsibility for the negligence or even send a representative to see the damage done. They tried to clean up after the fact with a leaf blower and dry rag beating on surfaces. It was an enormous job to clean up a 50ft X 70ft room filled with furniture, toys, rugs, shelves, etc. . . and in doing so we discovered lots more debris left behind in other areas of the job site. J Gear refused to reimburse the $500 we requested for the extra cleaning we did stating that if he did, he would take away the floors warranty. He finally agreed to refund $350 but took that offer back when he felt slighted that I expressed that he did not understand or care what their carelessness had put us through. He even wanted an apology from me. They created yet refuse to acknowledge their negligence. An apology should come from them. J Gear was dismissive and arrogant. The company is unwilling to resolve customer issues fairly. I do not recommend them. Customer satisfaction is not valued by them. Once they have their money they move on & communication stops! I do not expect a resolution to this, nor do I even care at this point. I do want them to know that we will not recommend them to anyone based on poor customer *********************** to resolve issues fairly.TSR Concrete Coatings, LLC

*******, when I found out about the issues you were having I immediately picked up the phone to get to a resolution with you. I thought we had reached that resolution in an amicable fashion but you continued to degrade me and my staff, which I refused to listen to any longer. I kindly requested you call me back in an hour so that cooler heads could prevail and I received no such call. I was not dismissive or arrogant. I thoroughly listened to your concerns and it was clear that money back in this scenario was going to be the only way to satisfy you, which I agreed to. I was honestly appalled by the treatment I received from you while trying to help you and give you want you wanted. People should not be treated that way. If you are ready to talk with me as an adult and treat me like a fellow human being I would love to resolve this issue as soon as possible.Review fromMichael M

I was very impressed with the information presented by TSR. They were very clear about the process and the life time guarantee. I can't wait for my date of installation. We have already scheduled guest to enjoy our patio a week after the installation.TSR Concrete Coatings, LLC
