  *********************** This is the ****** review I had left. TSR not only refused to address the issue, they refuse to address my concern. They are terrible communicators!! Stay away from TSR!!

  Do not Trust this company, I had them do my back porch and pool in May 2022. I had blisters in the coating and in October 2022, I went through the website Service Request Process and the final result from TSR Concrete Coatings who is the ************************ Coordinator. I was informed that their ******* office was closed and the Lifetime Warranty is no longer valid. ********************************* was incharge of this location as well as their ****** Location. To make matterrs worse I paid more than twice the price for their product then I should have (my error, not there's). Worst experience ever!****************

  They missed some spots and the floor coating has pealed up and looks terrible and only gets worse each month. They say lifetime warranty but they won't return my emails and requests I just want to be reimbursed for the repair I'll use another company this place is not customer friendly. They even went as far as leaving me negative reviews on my business because I called then out on their shady business dealings. And after calling them out they rescinded there negative comment. Worse HR staff to deal with I hope someone knows just because there cheaper than a reputable company dosent mean their work is worth it. You get what you pay for with this company. Lifetime warranty is fraud. They do not honor it.

  Our consultant arrived on time with a thorough explanation of the job which would be required. ******** scheduled the work to be done as soon as there was a work opening. Our garage floor is 50 years old and certainly needed a facelift. The crew (3 nice gentlemen) arrived promptly at 7:30 a.m. and completed the job by 3:30 p.m. The floor required pitting repair, several hairline crack repairs, peeling paint and was in poor condition. After completion, the crew did a great job with cleanup, they were most pleasant and worked hard. We are quite pleased with the end results and are hopeful that it will outlast the warranty that accompanies the work. It looks 100% cleaner, brighter, and new!

  I've used TSR twice for our veterinary hospital. They are professional and efficient. Any issues are immediately corrected! And, they make concrete pretty.

  My appointment was canceled without notice. The installers did not show up and did not inform those who scheduled the work. When I asked the latter if my appointment was canceled, they said, "No." However, the installers said they were behind schedule and would not make it (over an hour after they were scheduled to arrive). They claimed to have called and texted my number, but no record exists of such an effort. I made the time and prepared my garage to be coated, and now that time is lost and I have to move everything back into the garage because it will be raining soon. I do not recommend Next Level because they did not honor scheduled work, they did not communicate with me, and they did not communicate within departments. Eventually, I was "assured" via voicemail that the scheduled job was canceled and that I was being sent a receipt. After more follow-up calls to four different people over four days, no receipt has yet been provided. As a business owner myself, I am stunned that this behavior is so widespread. Go with a provider that knows how to treat its customers.

  I had Next Level out of ***** do my concrete coating a year ago for $5,000.00. They state a Lifetime Warranty. Their corporate office is in **********.I tried contacting the ***** office and found out theyre no longer doing business in *******. I then contacted their corporate office in ****** and was told that my Lifetime Warranty is no good since they no longer do business in *******. They seemed very reluctant to my issue.So if anyone uses their service and that office closes your Lifetime Warranty is as good as dirt.

  ************ also uses the next level concrete coating or they bought it, that I'm not sure. They do sell the same item. I and others in ** have *************** and most of us , it has been a year or little more. I notices my patio has big cracks and dips. I started to call the numbers and it says if you are located in **, click #3 but when you do it, that says invalid option after so many attempts someone answered my call, her name is *******, she tells me we are not going to honor *************** if you are in **. we have been bought out. although they use the same name and do promote the same item. She gave me TSR's number, they answered and basically said"you are s*** out of luck" we will not fix it, we will not send anyone to **, neither find some one for you, sorry but not sorry and she hanged up on my face I payed **** thousand , my neighbor ****. They take your money and leave you stranded. Their first answer was if there is a lot of people in ** maybe they would have done it. I told them" how can I find them but I'm sure you have name and addresses, why don't you call and let them know, their warranty will be honored once and if they have problem, please let us know now. that will be honorable thing to do. she hanged up on my face ************ and the people are not honest, product isn't good. it looks good when they do it but believe me it will crack and they will not fix it. they will sell the company and open with the different name. Stay away from the product, I wish some one told me that before. If they came and fix this problem. I would have trusted them and the issue happening only once. They won't honor it because, I'm kind a sure, my patio will be worst in tiem and they know it. My neighbor's driveway started to fall a part and she did it after me. She regrets her decision like I do!n

  This company is a fraud, their lifetime warranty is a lie. They did my patio last year around same time. My neighbors also had their driveway done. We are in ** going thru the same problems. Floor has dippeds and cracks, it has been only a year or less for all of us. We all called for weeks, no one answered . Their answering machine gives options, ** is optional 3, when you pick it, that say invalid option. Finally I got in touch with someone works there, she told me, they hear this problem a lot but ** business closed and they wont do anything about all of us, I told her how wrong it is and they have to grandfather us even if they are close the business here. They have to come up with the solution. Company is alive and well uses the same name and does the same job but wont honor their faulty job done in **. We all have ***************, I will go thru media and make them responsible for this work. I need people to be aware of this company. They are liars and thru product is bad, they are not cheap. I need them to fix their work. I have 5 people that I know right now. ****** shows more people. This is class action lawsuit waiting to happen

  TSR was top notch from the get go. My estimator showed up on time and thoroughly explained the process. The crew that did the work was tremendous and worked efficiently. They were super friendly and took great care and pride in their work. They had the job done in one day as promised and did a nice job of cleaning up before they left. My porch and garage came out beautifully. I would HIGHLY recommend TSR.
