      From start to finish the sales person and installation crew were on time and delivered on their promise. They took the time to explain the process and answer all questions. I am three weeks post install and love it!

      In May of 2025 we contracted with *** to refinish our garage floor. The floor was really in poor shape as it had endured 50 years of salt and heavy use. The floor had four large cracks and very bad pitting due to salt damage. The representative from *** who met with us to talk about the job and provide a quote was very friendly and informative. We signed with ***, provided the down payment check, and scheduled the finishing job for June of 2025.Before this date, *** sent a number of reminder e-mails. Overall their communications was very good. On the day the job was to be performed, the three man crew arrived at 7:30 a.m. and immediately got to work. I would give the team a A++ for the quality of the work they did and the attention paid to details. The job was completed at 2:30 p.m. so the overall job took just 7 hours. When finished we inspected the work and provided the team with a check final payment. The team leader also reviewed how we should treat the floor for the next 48 hours and tips as to how to maintain the floor.Our garage floor now is very nice. The cracks have been repaired and no longer show and the pitting caused by years of exposure to salt has been filled and is no longer visible. The floor looks much better than it did and we are very pleased with the final result. I am writing this review just two days after the resurfacing so I can't make any claims about how well the surface will hold up but I have expectations that it will look great for many years to come.Finally, I can highly recommend ***. Their communications was excellent and the team they sent to perform the work was exceptional. Everyone was pleasant to work with and the final result is outstanding.

      I had the pleasure of having ****** design my new deck! This was an incredible experience! The quality of the product and the knowledge of this designer made my ideas come to reality. The options were endless and one better than the next! Im very excited to see out come but ****** mad this journey well work it!

      Our ******* *** was knowledgeable and detailed. Our installers ***** and ***** were completely professional and did an amazing job. Entire work area was left as they found it which is a real bonus. We would highly recommend TSR Concrete Coatings for garage floor coating.

      Excellent. Straight up front with all details and accurate information and no quibble about the warranty. I believe it is worth the investment. The cost is reasonable to me for what is described in the process. **** was authentic with NO high pressure sales tactics. I know exactly I am getting for the money.

      Everyone was good to work with. The installers were very good didnt leave a mess behind forgot one little thing not a big deal coming back to make it right. Very happy with the quality of workmanship. Definitely has a wow factor

      My garage fl. done on 4/15/2025. At the end of the process and they were getting ready to leave it started heavily raining. My garage door was closed to about 8 inches from the floor. It rained for the next few days. I started to notice the area that was subjected to the rain had pitted. I called them on 4/24/25 and left a message stating my concern. On 5/5/2025 They came out, looked at the problem. They said they would be back on 5/8/2025. 5/8/25 approached I get a call from the technician stating he ran out of the clear coat and they would have to reschedule. 5/12/25 comes along, I called them, they said someone would be out on Friday 5/16/25 to fix the problem. 5/16/25 technician comes, the technician thought he was here to do the whole floor. I explained what they told me they were supposed to do. The technician stated that he disagreed with how they wanted to fix it. He called into his superior. He did not fix anything. He said they will be reaching out to reschedule. On 5/20/25 I got a call to reschedule my floor on 5/29. 5/29 they come back. Again everything was moved out of my garage. They started and their machine broke. They leave and said theyll be back the next day. No show. 5/30 I called them the girl said oh didnt you get that fixed already? So I explained my frustration to her. I got a call at 3:30 from a technician saying he would be there in 25 min. He did scrub and recoat the floor. He did a good job but there was still about a 5 pitted clump of top coat. At this point Im done. Im not taking my garage content out again. Everything sat in the rain. I covered things up but the wind blew half off and still got wet.This company has the worst communication ever! Each time someone came here they did not know the problem. I paid almost $5000. I would definitely say customer service is most important! It is not important to them. I am not a picky person at all, I am sick of dealing with all them. They should be ashame! ****** *. From ****
