I reserved a 10 yard dumpster on 6/24/2023 to have it delivered on 7/4/2023. I was assured by the agent, *******************************, who helped me with the process that I can cancel and still receive my full refund as long as it is canceled 48 hours in advance of the requested delivery date. I was charged a total of $539.67 on 6/24. On 6/26, I contacted **************** and asked for a cancellation. I was first transferred to 3 different representative and on the 4th time, the customer service rep took my information down to include my name, phone number, zip code and invoice number, and was told someone will call back. Its been 4 days since my first contact with customer service and I have not receive a callback. Ive called back, email, and text the company several times, 6 times to be exact, since my first try on 6/26 requesting for a cancellation. *** asked to speak to a supervisor and both time, my information was a taken down and was told a supervisor is not available and will call me back. Still no call back. I asked the customer service rep about basic cancellation policy and she could not provide and said when I receive the call back, I can ask that person.Business Response

INVOICE # *****, DATE OF INVOICE 05/08/2023, RENTAL DATE May 18, 2023, EVENT DATE May 19, 2023. We rented 2 premium porta potties from this company for our event on 5/19/23. Our credit card was charged the full amount $ ****** three weeks prior to the rental date. The rental date came and went, and the order was not delivered, when we called them, they said they would deliver on 5/19/23. They finally delivered the standard porta potties less than 30minutes prior to our event on 5/19/23 after several calls / reminders to the company. When we inquired with the delivery driver about the wrong ************** he stated that the company does not have any premium versions and he was only the delivery guy and said we should contact the company about this. We had to rush to get hand sanitizer minutes before our event for the guests with this wrong order. When it was time for the order to be picked up, it was the same story- they did not pick up till 4 days later after the event despite several calls to the company- by this time the potties were stinking, and our neighbors and HOA complained. I called several times over the next 2 weeks to get a refund for the wrong order and the inconveniences we were put through due to above. I was finally able to speak to a manager who tried to reason with billing for us without much success. We were refunded a measly sum of $128.70 just a few days ago. Only $100.00 was refunded from the $600.00 which we paid for the premium versions which means we were overcharged $250 for standard versions while their premium version was charged at $300.00- which again does not make sense as the standard versions are usually less than half the price of the premium version. Based on this the company still owes us a minimum of additional $300.00. I sent the company/ customer service emails, called customer service several times / days to resolve this issue over the past weeks without any success. I am hoping BBB can finally get us some justice in this matter.Business Response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and even though it is not a full refund I would like to close this case right now. Due to the poor and unprofessional service provided by this company, we will not be using their services in the future and do not recommend this company at all. I highly recommend BBB to audit this company so no other customers have to face what we did.

I hired and pre-paid for Prime Dumpster to deliver a dumpster today, April 14th. I waited all day and they never came. I never received a call, there was no communication. I paid $513.89 for a dumpster and relied on it being here today. We took off work and we wasted an entire day waiting. The company is closed for the weekend and we still don't have the dumpster we needed for the weekend. Their breach of contract is putting ** incredibly behind on our construction schedule and is costing ** additional time and money.Business Response

Astra Portable Restroom Rentals is using our home address as their business address. I've already contacted ****** about it but have not heard back and no changes have been made. This company has no other business listing except on ****** Maps and thus on Zillow. But it gets more interesting.....we called the number on the listing *************--an *******, ** area code)) and it was for the business Prime Dumpster, in ********. We told them about what we found and they said that ***** is a sister company of theirs but they didn't know the address of this business. They said they would contact the business and let them know about the mistake. I called the number again and when I asked what their address was, I was immediately hung up on. Minutes later, I called back and asked about the address, but was told I needed to be put on hold. A second later, a different person answered saying they were the answering service from Prime Dumpster *** in ********. I asked her about the address for this company Astra Portable Restroom Rentals and she said that Prime Dumpster *** was a company that contracted out jobs to dumpster and toilet rentals companies all over the place. She said she would contact the business and let them know. We've since called back 3x and as soon as we start asking about the business name and what they did, the person hangs up on us. It's bizarre. It gets more interesting, If you look on Prime Dumpster ***, *********************************** and click on any of their social medial links, they go to nothing. This company does not have a ****** page, but touts that they have ****** reviews. If you look on their LinkedIn page, it shows all of their employees do not live in *****************. ********************************************************************************************* seems very shady. I just spoke with the husband and was able to flag this fake listing that someone put on their property and get it taken down online. It's no longer showing at all. We are unsure who put that up, it's completely unrelated to our company but it routed to our number so I wanted to make sure we got it taken down asap for them. We are a legitimate company, we have thousands of customers nationwide that can attest to that but it sounds like they spoke with our outsourced after hours answering service, that we use when we are closed over the weekend and during after hours, so that could have been part of the reason they had issues but still unacceptable and we will be looking into this and getting it addressed immediately. I ordered a dumpster from Prime Dumpsters on 9/23 which I paid for, then a couple days after it was picked up I was surprised with a huge charge that I didnt authorize in my card.I reached out multiple times since October 17th to the vendor and I was told I will be getting a call back but no one has called me yet.When I ordered the dumpster I stressed with the sales person the weight and she sent me the wrong weight on the documents which I noticed on the call and confirmed with her more than once to make sure the weight is not 1 ton as we agreed which she confirmed, the call is a recorded call and they can go back to it, I didnt receive any documents or such in relation to this transaction, to me this company is a scam, their website states stuff that is not true such as ****** reviews they shows there, they dont have an account in ****** or whatseverBusiness Response

This was a signed agreement that clearly states the weight limit is 1 ton. The landfill charges for this additional weight, that is why the charge has to be passed on to the customer. If we weren't charged for that additional weight we wouldn't charge the customers for it but we can't lose money or we wouldn't be able to sustain operations.
