  Your worker, *************************, turned the k*** on my dryer backward breaking my timer. Your service cost me $470 vs the $333.72 it cost to repair my dryer. I was told by ************** would have a supervisor contact me by end of day - nothing. After finally getting a return phone call from Sad after 2 voicemails, I was told ****** is just a young boy and made a mistake. How about you take $200. I replied I wanted the whole cost back. I was informed I could have a credit on my credit card or he could send to my Venmo - neither has happened and they have stopped returning my calls. BUT they have disputed my claim to my credit card. I guess it isnt hard to stay in business when you have so many houses to rip off. Im sure you dont get many repeat customers with your lack of customer service and hiring competent workers

  Pretended to be local person on ********* and checked into all their postings and all have different stolen FB accounts. They got here, cut a suction hole and used an 18" nozzle to blow the ducts out and tried to charge me $250 for the furnace and $150 for a 10' dryer vent. I said no and I wanted to talk to supervisor. They argued incessantly about being paid. Then asked for the original amount and I said no, how about $200 and they said yes. I told them this was a red flag along with no sales tax on the form either. I asked them to leave and on the way out, tried to talk to my neighbor and I went over and told my neighbor the real story. They called some guy in ******* who threatened to call the cops, which I told him the only thing the cops would come for is me to report trespassing and they can take me to civil court. They left and started texting me none stop and asked for cash app or *****. This means to me that they are scammers and I'm wondering why the BBB gives them an A+ rating. Sounds like BBB isn't paying attention to the dissatisfied comments.

We are fully licensed, insured and bonded.Other suburban local companies seek help from us when theyre overwhelmed by callers or when they do not have proper equipment for challenging jobs. We go out of our way to meet customers expectations. All flat rate pricing is discussed with customers with no hidden charges. We never add taxes to duct cleaning services. If any additional service is required such as furnace cleaning, evaporator cleaning, dryer vent etc. that is ****************. When we serviced your home, our techs had your permission before start. Upon completion of service, you refused to pay and blamed us of being scammers. We never ask for credit card info or any advance payment until job is completed and customer is satisfied.   We had them come August 8, 2023. I have tried calling them numerous times and have emailed and they have not responded. Our furnace guy came and him and my oldest went through the ducts because we were having furnace issues. Our filter is filling up within 2-3 days from the stuff that was left in the vents, it's a complete disaster and my furnace is now suffering and we are buying filters non-stop...literally have used 2 filters in 3 days.

  What a joke! We had Divine come out in October of 2022 to clean our ducts since we have a 100 year old house and many animals. We never had any issues with dust until after they came out and stirred everything up. Now everything in our house is covered in dust, including the walls/ceilings where the vents are. You can actually see the projected trail of dust on the walls/ceilings, there is so much of it!! Ironically, when they came out to service the ducts, they told my husband that the ducts weren't that bad, since they were near/on the ceilings. Here we are, December of 2023 and I reach out to them, yes time got away from me, and they call back from a RESTRICTED number. Red flag!! They tried telling me it could be from not changing the furnace filter. Nope, that's done regularly. He asked if our furnace has been serviced and cleaned. Yep, did that 4 months ago, trying to figure out where all this dust is coming from. Funny how all these suggestions didn't need suggested for the last 12 years we've been in this house, until AFTER Divine comes out and wrecks our home. He said the ducts need cleaned again. I asked if they were going to do it again, but for free this time. He said, 'no, why would we do it for free?' Because you already stole almost $400 from us and made our home worse!! Get a clue dude, your reputation is junk, we'll go with Americlean next time. Negative 5 stars. Shame on you for allowing your company to run like this.

  The men that came to my home were courteous, on time, and professional. I did, however, run into an issue during my service and reached out to express my dissatisfaction. A representative from Divine reached out to me on more than one occasion to understand the situation and ensure my satisfaction. That uncommon commitment to customer satisfaction is what prompted me to write a review.

  On time. Friendly. Professional. They tried to upcharge me (added a disposal fee that they had failed to mention at scheduling) but backed off quickly when I said no. They did a good job. It has made a huge difference in the air quality.
