  ***************** contacted me on 08/14/2023 and stated that the money would be refunded in the morning of 08/15/2023.Well no refund no one answers the phone number given for head office. ************ doesn't answer the phone calls or text messages I have pictures that indicate that the job was not about 1/2 done charged for a disposal fee and piles were left behind of vents that were cleaned and not very good I will add. Very bad business practices and not sure how they had become BBB accredited to begin with. This company is a rip-off and I will caution anyone to do business with them.

  Update 08-15-2023 Customer wanted the refund. Refund has been issued. Please confirm with your bank. Screen shot of the refund already sent to customer. Enjoy clean air! Thank you 08-14-2023 Due to the nature of our business some dust and small debris would fall from ductwork. Upon completion of work we make sure floors are cleaned and debris picked **. In some home its not possible to reach some areas because of obstruction. Customer is usually then advised of it. If in case customer is not fully satisfied with our work then we usually try to resolve situation on site before leaving. In this complaint we are offering customer a full refund or we will go back to satisfy the issue.

  *****% recommend this company! They:Answered all my questions before, during and after the appointment Were VERY competitively priced Extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly Were in and out within one hour Pulled a !lot! of gunk/dust/insulation/toys/dropped food/tennis ***** (who knows how they got in there) out of my ducts and dryer vents Even went the extra mile once they realized how much of a fire hazard my dryer vent was and took the whole thing outside to clean it super good

  they did a TERRIBLE job, they never removed any registers, never took any video, the vacuum hose had a huge crack in it, so it couldn't remove any material. and when I called to complain, all I got was a sorry, hope you have a good day.

  We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused. Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We use top of the line equipment for the job. In most cases removing registers is not necessary as we use special nozzle to fit through small opening that has over 275 PSI of air pressure. If you are not totally satisfied with our service please contact us direct so we may resolve the matter quickly. Please provide date of service and copy of invoice as we cannot find your record in our data. Thank you

  Two very nice gentlemen came and served our furnace. The service was not a total 100% cleaning, but did a great job cleaning out all the residual dust from our system. For the price, I was very pleased.
