    Purchased Frigidaire Gallery stove little over two years ago. Problems include constant butter not lighting problems even when cleaned by repair man, the next day burner did not work. Stove surface cleans up very very poorly. Sel cleaning create dangerous smoke filled environments in house. We were told,even a griddle burner feature, by ABT the seller do not **** with oil or grease on stove. Frying with a griddle can often create grease. Repair man said gas jet was clean under failed griddle burner. But mild grease on internal griddle plate may stop burner from lighting.However the burner was clean enough and the gas jet is clear,. The burner should have lit. I was told by a repair man from ABT I woulmjust have to clean my burners and clear them with pin every day. I have purchased a defective Fridgidare refrigerator not from ABT very recently and lost hinged of dollars in foods do to breakdown and aFridgidare Gallery stove with many defects. We asked ABT for some credit toward appliance replacement. They have refused. The stove has had three service calls for not lighting. The griddle burners have even gone through boiling clean and have problems again by first or second use..

    We have another technician going out on 8/11.  On the last trip the technician found that there was alot of grease on the components of the cooktop surface which could defininitely interfere with the ignition of the burners.  Picture sent as attachment.

    ABT installers came on 7/23/22 to remove old washing machine and install new one. THe installer wrenched the hose so hard, the pipe behind the wall broke and caused my basement to flood. Also damaging my wood floor. I had to turn all water to the house off until the pipe was soddered back together. I took a picture of the inside of both pieces of the pipe that broke and it shows it was soddered (unlike the installers saying it wasn't). My friend soddered the pipe back together and helped drywall. I've been emailing ABT resolution, *****************************), who states that ABT will not do anything for the damage done because I did not wait and have a plumber from ABT come. HOwever, I wanted my water in my house and didn't want to wait until they could come since it was a Sat. Then on 7/30/22, two other installers came just to move the washing machine in and hook it up. After they left, I noticed a scratch on the front of the washing machine. I took a picture and noticed it's because the installer ran into the gas line pipe which is at the same height as the scratch. So now the washing machine is scratched too. I would like to get some recompense for all the damage that has been done. First to my wood floor from the flooding, to the wall from the flooding, and now to the washing machine.

    It is our belief that this was a pre existing condition in the home.  It was not our assertion that the joint was not soldered, but that it was not soldered correctly and the joint failed when we turned off the valve.  We had offered to have a plumber out to verify, but customer had a handyman friend repair it instead.  We suggest the customer reach out to their insurance company.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    there was nothing wrong with the pipe before ABT came. Ive been here 2 years and never had a leak. Also, I had to turn all the water off in my house. I dont feel I shouldve had to wait for their plumber whenever they were able to come. Plus I was never told that they would pay for their plumber to come. The pipe was broke by ABT installers. Ive attached pics of inside of pipe showing it was soddered. So I believe ABT should be held liable for damages. Im also still waiting for a resolution on them scratching the front of machine.

    Again, it is our feeling that the soldering of the pipe was faulty and failed.  As for the scratched machine, we'd be happy to replace it or offer an allowance of $75

    Business delaying replacement of a MOLDY water dispenser. I have been waiting for a month for my fridge to be checked and for the water dispenser to be replaced because this is a human health hazard and ABT has told me the soonest they could come out is August 22nd to fix a HUMAN HEALTH HAZARD AKA A MOLDY DISPENSER. they have told me there is no way to expedite the shipping and that I will continue to have to wait or drink moldy water. My order number with them is #LSNT
