5 starsAfter a storm, all you need is peace of mind and have the damages repaired. OLI Outdoor Services came to our rescue with all equipment necessary and got the job done great crew, professional and polite with a can-do attitude. 5 starsOLI went above and beyond what we were expecting with trimming the very large Sycamore tree in our backyard! They even returned, at no additional charge, for an extra branch! We have had 3 trees removed over the past 24 months. The latest tree was on a property line with our neighbor behind our house so we used the company he contacted, OLI Outdoor Services, since we were splitting the cost. Big mistake. They were very careless and had no respect for property. This tree was surrounded by gravel. When they started grinding the *****, rocks flew with a strong force, hitting our windows and siding. I would have preferred they not grind the ***** rather than do damage to my house. The company I had contacted to do the job, which I now realize was a much better choice, had explained to me that they would push back all the gravel before grinding and then replace. They would also move the hardscape and replace. All of that would have taken about 15 minutes. OLI destroyed parts of our yard and threw any hardscape into the yard randomly where it still sits. They even threw their plastic soda/water bottles in another landscape area next to our house. When we signed a contract with them online I was told they would put us on a schedule and let us know what day they would come. They did not call or email. They just showed up one morning. My husband was in the hospital with ***** at the time and I was ill and housebound with Covid. We are in our 70's with multiple health conditions and are still too weak from Covid to access or fix damages.OLI Outdoor Services Inc

We spoke with this customer on the phone today 9/19/23. The husband said that we did a good job with the exception of the ***** grindings hitting the house, when notified the crew stopped what they were doing and used boards to block this from happening. I do apologize that the crew left garbage, this has been addressed with that particular crew. As far as not showing up without being notified, we fit you in to get you completed sooner and we do try to call. Unfortunately that didnt happen and all I can do is apologize.OLI Outdoor Services Inc

5 starsI had a large tree I thought needed to be removed. I got ***'s quote, plus others. I then got several opinions that the tree didn't need to be removed, but thinned out, so I changed the request to thinning out three large trees in my yard. Throughout the process, *** responded to requests and numerous change-of-requests (by me) without complaint and always responded within a day, sometimes within a few hours. None of the other companies were anywhere near as responsive. Their crew was friendly and efficient, and impressed two neighbors enough to have them asking for ***'s number. Oli's not the cheapest, but also wasn't the most expensive. You get what you pay for, and I will be coming back when my trees get out of my control again.Review fromHazel A

I think Oli Outdoor Service, Inc did a great job on our
project. We had a tree removed and one trimmed. The process of
acquiring an estimate was good and the men that did the work at our home
did a great job. My only complaint was that I was not kept up-to-date
on progress. I was scheduled for Tuesday. My husband took off work to
be present. They called me late afternoon Wednesday to inform me that
they would be at my house on Thursday. I would have appreciated being
kept in the loop more on the status. I had no problem with them not

Amazing company - great communication from the proposal to the completion - excellent work and impeccable clean up - just a great contractor experience - trimmed a 150 year old tree for ** - just a great crew - communication from the beginning to the end was nothing short of spectacular!
