    I hired TCI to move my 28 year old Town Car, it arrived with **** dollars worth of dents. There were some scratches that I had discussed with the dealership I bought the car from. Being difficult to prove the additional scratches the handler had put on the car, I had an estimate made of just the dents. This was from a middle of the road body shop, A1 Auto; not an inflated dealership quote. There was seriously a lot of damage to my car.I spoke with TCI for nearly a month and was offered 600 bucks, but that they couldn't see where they were responsible for this damage. There was clear evidence and I had to then hire a lawyer. The final outcome, after 8 months, was the subcontracted Streamline Auto did have to pay the damages. I have several Lincolns and Harley ******** motorcycles between *********, *****, and ****** and am very reluctant to hire a transporter after this experience. I give them one star because possibly you have a salvage haul where strapping the roof down might be acceptable.

    3rd feed back after removing my first neg feed ***************! This company was to ship my vehicle, after stress of them not having a carrier set up till the day of shipping even tho It booked almost 2 months in advance then proceeded to tell me "you may have to leave it with some one till we find a carrier" even after telling them i was leaving the state that week and will not be coming back , I had to contact them the day prior to get any info on shipping , after contacting them the first time nothing i had to call the next day to be told the same thing " Im personally working on your request you will hear from us by the end of the day". After receiving my shipment and giving the 1st neg feed back, they promise to reimburse me a sum in 24 hours it has been over 4 days now and still nothing, blaming it on "accounting" very unprofessional they were very quick to take my money but taking their time to get the sum back ,I've given ample time to be reimbursed , I have Screen shots of the full conversion and have contacted Shiply with what has been told ( along with screen shots provided ). The transporter was not willing to give me a receipt after paying COD( which i was also unaware till drop off ), seems a bit fishy , the driver could barely get my car off of the trailer. I have kept in contact with them up till this date to give them time and nothing. I WOULD ADVISE TO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ,Till they keep up there end of the begin this feed back will stay up and also will be put up on ****** so no one has to deal with the same issues I have had to .
