    I am VERY SATISFIED with the services I have received from TCi, especially from *********************. TCI has shipped my e-trike to *******, since 2020. Additionally, in 2023, I shipped my car and separately, my etrike to ******* and ship back this spring. I have refered them to two other people who have told me that they were very satisfied with TCI. Pricing was reasonable and they always have come through, even when I get worried as it gets closer to the p/u dates. All in all, I would definitely recommend TCi Logistics and I do hope to continue being a satisfied customer.

    2nd time using 4 years apart! Worked with *** each time and he was great! I put him through the wringer with options and changes but he didnt falter. Pick up and delivery were great and the price is always the best. Highly recommend TCI and ***!

    Great experience all around. I set it all up on a Thursday and was driving my new vehicle the following Monday. Roughly **** miles from pick up to drop off. Everyone from the broker on the phone at TCI to the delivery driver and his wife were very professional and helpful. This was the first time I had ever had a vehicle shipped to me and will not hesitate to use TCI in the future.

    Incredibly easy process. Great communication & the car was picked up and dropped off when they said it would. Ive had 5 personal cars shipped and by far this went the best. Price was excellent too. Highly recommend and would use again.

    Worst experience in 15 years in the car industry. Cussed me out from the beginning of the call and tried to refuse to repay my deposit. The owner ********************* is the rudest person and Never ship with these guys....

    ***** is a scam artist! His business is a joke and can't be trusted. HE STOLE MY SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER AND THREATENED TO USE IT AND RUIN MY CREDIT, AS WELL AS CREDIT CARD INFORMATION OF SOMEONE ELSE TO PAY MY INVOICE. He delivered a car to me and the next day harassed me about payment. I had all intentions of paying within the week until he stole my social security number! BE VERY CAREFUL AND DONT PAY VIA SQUARE! He also stole someone's credit card to pay my bill! I agreed to pay the bill but only via check due to him being an identity thief!! he refused to give an address because he is a scam! stay away and beware of any personal information. a police report has been filed due to him threatening to use my information and bad mouth my business!
