    I got a new Zeus for Christmas and after some delay I got it all assembled and ready to fly. The first flight was cut short because the *** motor cut off and then restarted two times shortly after takeoff. Thrust was immediately reduced to lowest possible and the jet landed. Testing and review of telemetry showed the most probable cause was a bad ECU. I called Motion RC **************** and spoke to ****. I was pleasantly surprised and happy when Motion resolved the issue by sending me a new ECU. The new ECU was installed and the Zeus now flies great. I had an excellent experience with Motion RC **************** and highly recommend their products.

    I'm a newbie to the *********** Rock Crawling. I had many questions regarding which battery and balance charger was right for my ******** my queries were professionally handled by the Motion RC Support team. In particular I commend ***** in support who responded promptly and patiently to my questions. My order was dispatched quickly and everything was well packaged. I would highly recommend this business.

    Had to return a product that I deemed to be defective. Motion RC immediately replied, issued an RMA, and followed up on the return shipment. When they received the product, they quickly confirmed the defect, entered a replacement order, and had it shipped the same day! I have been very impressed with their commitment to service and customer satisfaction.

    I cannot say enough about Motions customer service after so many said they wont do a thing. Well you know what everyone was wrong Motion very very helpful of course asked for pictures of my issue d which is normal in todays times. Once they received them yes something wasnt right and just now heres Fed Ex with my replacement parts. Thanks again Motion this is a company that I will continue to make purchases from without thought they will stand behind them

    This company is the very best to purchase from and to gain advise from. A small issue with an order was quickly resolved. Received valuable info that saved possible damage to electronics.I was so happy with their help I placed an additional order. I tell all my friends about this company.
