    When an order for four electric motors arrived 3 of the 4 did not have motor mounts attached. Because it was an order from early in the year and i did not have any documentation, I went ahead and made a separate order for the motor mounts.Later as an afterthought I contacted Motion RC and explained the situation. Their costumer service rep ******** refunded the money I had paid for the mounts and confirmed that they would send the missing mounts.You could not ask for better customer service.

    My CR18P Trail Hunter after a short time running it the transmission gear was slipping. Called Motion Control and issue was resolved immediately. *** sent me a link to show vehicle discrepancy. Within 30 mins of receiving video he responded and said replacement gears will be sent out immediately. Was very greatful to talk to person! Fantastic customer service!!

    Motion RC is wonderful! I spontaneously purchased a remote control car, my first in 30 years, without realizing it was a kit that required more parts to assemble. Their wonderful team sent me linked suggestions to other companies to complete the build. I am very grateful and looking forward to using this handsome new toy. They really went way above and beyond what I expected as a customer.
