    Hands down the best customer service experience I have ever experienced in the ** community. They really do take great care of their customers. I recently bought a plane and when it arrived it was slightly damaged from shipping. They worked fast in getting my issue resolved. One of the main reasons I shop with them is for the customer service! It is top notch. The quality you receive is amazing too! Keep up the great work motion RC! We do notice the awesome customer service indeed!!Blessings!

    Absolutely the best customer service with fantastic follow through. The best quality products that will still have parts and services available years after initial release.     The experience I have had with Motion RC to date has been outstanding. As a grandmother trying to buy two RC Tanks and accessories ***** has been my go-to. ***** treated me like he was my personal concierge and I most certainly appreciated the help he has been. Although we have not operated any of these tanks or accessories they have all arrived as ordered and will be awaiting the grandson and grandfather on Christmas eve.

    Excellent customer service, thank you Ed.But this copter had to be made on a Monday or Friday, all kinds of issues, from the tail plug being installed upside down, I had to fix.To the *** wire falling out when just sitting there. And because of this I am unable to calibrate the unit, so ** said, we have no parts, put a dab of clear silicone to hold it in place!With a helo vibration, how long before it falls out. So IF I get to calibrate the *** in the next few days, what new issue will I have?Also, I was told the belt drive gear was supposed to have a lip on it, tockeep th we belt from falling off, I have not verified this just yet.Again, great customer service, but this ******** is so far been a bad unit.

    I had an issue with missing decals for the Flightline FW 190. Called MRC customer ************** gave me a couple of options. Replacement decals were sent out, no questions asked.Thanks MRC

    I just wanted to let everyone know that I have been doing business with motion RC for a while and their customer support and their products are top notch. When you need help you can call and a real person answers the phone, instead of a answering machine, very refreshing these days. and they have great technical support, and can help you find the part you need and get it out to you very quickly. Keep up the good work Motion RC. I will be doing business with these guys for many years to come.

    I purchased several items from Motion RC, including two aircraft, boat, servos, batteries, cables, propellers, and other small parts.There was an issue with a battery and with a retaining clip on a motor. Both were resolved immediately and without hassle. Non of the 'guilty till gone to the nth degree to prove innocence' stuff that many suppliers adopt to wear the customer down to giving up.I was also impressed by the technical and engineering understanding in answering questions, clarifying queries, and making good suggestions.

    I had a small crash with my B-2 Spirit jet from MotionRC. When I got the new parts for the nose landing gear door, I could not remember how the parts fit together. There were no drawings or instructions with the instruction manual for these parts. I emailed Tech Support at MotionRC, and within an hour, I had good photos of the nose gear door assembly! The photos allowed me to replace the broken door assembly with the new parts and ************ perfectly! Thanks MotionRC!

    My new AK A800 Glider arrived RTF but it quickly became clear that something was wrong with the controls. Working with Motion RC we were able to determine that one of the servos was sticking. Since the servo would be very difficult to replace, they sent me a brand new plane. It works perfectly. Thank you Motion RC.
