  I recently purchased a RunCam 2 camera from Motion RC. It would not power on after I charged it. I called and spoke with ****. He was fantastic in the way he worked with me to diagnose the issue. It turned out the battery was bad. A new battery is on the way to me now. I can't thank **** enough for his courtesy and professionalism in the way he handled my issue. I wish all tech support folks were like him. Thank you once again and well done sir!

  Fantastic customer service and a great product! I ordered my first RC plane from Motion RC and it arrived well before their estimated delivery timeline. I assembled the plane and the propeller motor did not work. When I reached out to customer service, they responded within 24 hours and after telling Martin the issue, he scheduled another motor to be delivered to me. I will be doing business with Motion RC for all of my airplane and other remote control vehicle needs.

  I purchased the ******** Deep V speed boat. There boat arrived quickly, however, upon my first attempt at trying it out, there was a problem getting the controller bound with the receiver in the boat. Motion RC responded by sending be prepaid shipping label for me to return the boat for either repair of exchange. I quickly received the repaired boat back. Not only did it work like a charm, this boat was insanely fast and fun to operate. All of this took place during the Holidays, otherwise, probably would have taken even less time to complete the process. The folks at Motion RC were responsive and helpful in taking care of the situation. I would highly recommend this company and their products.

  I recently aided my 15 year old son purchase an RC tank from Motion RC (with money he saved and got for Christmas). It arrived early, and he was very happy with the purchase. However, there was one small piece of decorative element in the package which was damaged. I contacted their customer service team who got back to me promptly and ordered a new parts package to be sent out immediately. Wonderful customer service, very rapid responses and very kind people. Couldn't recommend this business more.

  I recently had an issue with the electronic retracts included in a RC plane purchased from Motion RC; apparent it had a faulty motor. After texting them a video clip of the issue, the support tech ****** sent out a complete replacement. ****** did an excellent job of quickly resolving the issue to my satisfaction.

  I experienced a manufacturing issue with a replacement part I purchased rendering it unusable as supplied. I contacted ******, followed their prescribed reporting process with a few photos and the issue was resolved in only a few hours the same day. While I have purchased items and batteries from motion over the past several years, this is the first time I needed to use their customer support. That says volumes in of itself. Well done...Motion RC.

  Good products. Great customer support! I have purchased 3 Freewing F-8 Crusaders and having crashed them many times have needed assistance getting them rebuilt and flying again. RC Motion was very responsive with detailed advice that solved my problems. Highly recommend them.

  motion Rc has a customer a customer service department that should be used by all other customer service departments all over the world as a model to teach how it is done. They are Profesional, knowledgeable, and courteous beyound any other place in the world. I recently bought a F-14 and when i got ready to start hooking the the radio part of it i noticed the eleator servos were not acting according to the manual description. so I called and spoke with **** and within about ********************************************************************************************************** Outstanding service and knowlegdge all around.

  Motion RC charged me for FED-X and turn around and sent it by DHL, then turn around and gave me some lame excuse and refused to give me back the difference in what thy charged. look like a shipping scam to me!
