    November 7, 2024 I am a long time Motion RC customer and have always had excellent service and assistance from their teams. Recently, I had an issue with a new plane. *******, was extremely helpful and patient with a very minor issue. Thank ******* and all the very professional folks at Motion RC. You just don't get that very often anymore.

    The people at motion rc are GREAT !! - i have been a customer for several years and have never had any issues. I recently ordered some spare parts kits for a couple of tank projects i will be doing over the next few months - motion customer service contacted me right away to advise me one of the kits could not be found in the warehouse, asked what my preference would be regarding shipping other items or a refund - i replied to send order - they got back to me in less than 1 hour !! - they notified me of refund on parts kit next day - all my other stuff arrived on time and in great condition due to how carefully they pack items for shipping - The folks at motion do really care about customer satisfaction. Thanks again guys

    They have been great. I've ordered many things from them and always been great. I recently had a warranty issue with a product I ordered, and they solved in within 24 hours of me contacting them. Whenever I've had to return something, the refund occurs a few days after they receive the item back. They're great to deal with and always helpful. I hope they stay this way because other hobby stores are not as good. Please keep it going.

    This company is a #1 in my experience They have what I am looking for as in products, knowledge . They have gone past the common well this is what we have and help me determine what else I can do for my project The shipping has been on time. I would recommend this company to anyone else. I cannot find anything negative to say about Motion RC Thanks for being in the Hobby/ RC business ????

    This company has consistently offered great products, almost always very good availability, and they stand strongly behind their products. Their customer service is excellent.     Motion RC support staff is the best!! Ozzy has the patience of a saint and spent a great deal of time helping me find the solution to the problem with my A6 jet. I had worked for 3 days and finally called customer support, which was one of my better ideas. Can't say enough good things about the company and staff.

    Purchased an rc excavator from them, stripped a gear out and they sent out a whole new motor under warranty next day. No hassle. Will purchase from again, great customer service!

    All of my dealings with Motion RC have been positive. I really like the Lemon receivers they sell and have purchased several. I use them with a Radiomaster transmitter. They save me a lot of money compared with the leading brand.
