    Very good company for *********** enthusiasts. They carry good quality products and have actual support. They answered my questions about dimensions of a ***** muffler with an nice drawing so I could make purchase decisions.I've purchased their gyros which are one of the simpler ones to set up.

I have bought more things from ************************** than I can possibly remember over the last 10 years, and from the excellent support, to the little hand-written "thank you" note on every package I receive, it is a pleasure to do business with this company.

    I've always had great service from Motion R/C. I've bought a dozen planes from them with no issues. I recently ordered afterburner lights for a few models I have. ***** had delivered them to the wrong location. A disaster try to inform ***** of their service. I contacted Motion which were happy to get the issue resolved. Fortunately my package arrived the following day. I'm just happy to be able to communicate with a human. I'm sure they would've helped if needed. A great company to do business with!

    Had a problem with the fan. Called MotionRC and had to leave a message. Someone called me back within an hour and assisted me with trying to correct the problem. The tech was very supportive, friendly patient. MotionRC is my go to business!

    I had a question about the servos included with the Skynetic Yak 54 The specs said 17gm servos are included, 9gm servos are what were in the hardware package. **************** got back quickly, indicated I did receive the correct servos, and will update the product page to reflect the correct servos. They were willing to send me the 17gm servos. I declined, if the 9gm servos are working, the weight reduction matters in a very light "foamy" Great customer service.

    I bought a jet from Motion RC. I was told it had reverse thrust function which I was looking for. When it was delivered, I noticed it did not have that functionality. I contacted them and they quickly assessed the product situation and determined I was right. Within 1 hour they said they will send me the part (esc) at no cost, which had that feature and that I could replace the current part with it. They did not even ask me to return the part that did not have the feature. Excellent service and customer attention. I would recommend them to anyone looking for RC equipment. Thank you, Ozzy who helped me, with this problem

    I ordered the upgraded f8f bearcat motor option and did not receive all my items in the box. I was missing a prop nut and washer. It took 3 days to finally get it into shipping. I originally paid for 2 day shipping. I requested the same for the replacement parts. Motion rc said in an email they requested expedited shipping. According to ***** they did not expedite the shipping. I paid extra money for a service I did not receive.
