    Im very satisfied with choosing Motion RC to purchase my first RC Helicopter. Ill certainly return for any future purchases. I did have a small issue with shipping, but that was more with the delivery company causing damage, but Motion RC quickly resolved the problem. I bought the Yu Xiang Coast Guard RC helicopter and it has been a lot of fun to fly around. In the end, I have no complaints and very satisfied with my experience.

    Motion RC is my main place to shop and buy my planes and supplies. Their prices are great and shipping is ultra fast, usually ships the same day I ordered.Their customer support services is top notch also. I had a minor problem with a missing piece and they handled it in a timely manner and took care of me in a first class manner. I recommend Motion RC because they are really good at what they do.     I ordered a Pandora **** airplane. Once I had everything installed, I had no throttle with the already installed ***. After preforming a diagnostic test, I determined that the *** was faulty. I sent an email to Motion RC customer support and explained the problem along with my diagnostic test. A short time later I received an email saying that they would send a new part under warranty. The new part was sent latter the same day. This type of customer service is unheard of today.I will continue to use and recommend Motion RC to all my flying club members.

    I think Motion RC has a great selection of RC Airplane products for most everything I need. Their products are of high quality at a very fair price. They also stand behind what they sell with great customer service. If you have a problem, they are there to help you. You won't be disappointed buying from Motion RC.

    I recently bought some parts for an aircraft model that did not get delivered despite the tracking information stating that it was. Motion RC was quick to ship out a duplicate order right away, free of charge, even though it was not their fault the order was lost. This is an example of the utmost best customer service one can hope for, and why I will always do business with Motion RC!

    Wow is the first word that comes to mind. If you want the best prices and superb customer service along with the fastest shipping I've ever seen then this is where you want to shop. If there is a problem they work with you without any issues or problems I highly recommend motion rc

    I bought a YXNRC F06 helicopter from Motion RC. I have been flying model helicopters for years. Currently, I own about 37. I like the scale look of the current crop of *********************************************************** regards to flying them I just enjoy what is called scale flying. I do not do any 3D. This particular heli comes with alitude hold and optical control. These are two fearures that are supposed to help new comers make a decision to purchase this model. The marketing says, easy to fly, 14+ yrs, two-way return, barametric helght setting, optical flow position holding, and other features. On my first flight, I followed the manual, with binding, and then spooling up and checking the function of the aileron and elevator. The next step is to raise the throttle lever up from center to put the heli into full flying power and lift off. Once you release the throttle stick, the heli is suposed to hold at whatever height and position, waiting for your next command. Upon raising the throttle, this heli rose straight up and would not respond to any further commands. It started drifting away towards a busy road, so I could not use the stop function, afraid it would fall on a car. It flew off from my view behind some trees, never to be seen again. I contacted Motion RC, complied with their crash report and was then told that there was nothing they could do for **** had/have the feeling like I have just been robbed. I did not get even one flight with this heli. I had bought spares as well, which do me no good now. I will not buy anymore of the Yu Xaing products because I have read there have been many fly-aways. Motion RC is a dealer, they should make good for an defective product.

    Motion has earned an A+++ rating from me for their outstanding customer service. Their prompt and helpful email support addressed all my questions about the parts I ordered, providing me with a clear understanding. They also offered to special order a part that was not in stock for me, which was much appreciated. I made three separate orders, and all of them were shipped on the same day. Motion demonstrated excellent customer service and logistics. Great job!
