Ordered items from Temu back in December 2024, which was shipped using Better Trucks. Package was marked as "attempted delivery" on December 27th. Multiple people were home this day, and no one saw or heard anyone approach the house all day. Contacted Better Trucks twice with no response. Checked tracking number again yesterday and it showed no information about the package. Contacted Better Trucks again and finally got a response claiming that package was "lost".Initial Complaint

I ordered several items from the Temu app, which were shipped together, And once they cleared customs in *****************, they were picked up by the Better Trucks Company, as that is one of the shipping services that **** uses in the *************. I was provided tracking, so I was able to see when they picked these items up. They claim to have attempted a delivery on January 2, 2025 at 9:34pm, and to have actually delivered the parcel, on January 2, 2025, at 9:41 PM. I was home the entire evening, and we have ring camera security at both our front and rear entrance; which observes almost the entire neighborhood. No cars approached our cul-de-sac at that time, no one approached our door, and my parcel was certainly not delivered. In researching this company online, I have found that many people have claimed the delivery people contracted by Better Trucks Will claim that they have delivered a parcel, to meet their quota or to be paid more for the day, Despite the fact that they have not actually delivered the parcel. They will then deliver it at a later date. I have attempted to Contact Better Trucks via the customer service phone number they provide on their website, but they only have a message running that says they are not providing telephone service and that I should submit a claim through customer service email. I have sent them eight emails, requesting an update and explaining my situation to them, but they have not responded. I have not heard from them at all. The parcel was not delivered, and it was not stolen or missed delivered in my neighborhood because the camera, again, was on and functioning the entire evening. The delivery is apparently multiple orders in one parcel measuring 28 x 30, according to Better Trucks.Initial Complaint

Placed an order with Hotel Collection and Better Trucks is the courier for the company. Order 22nd of December and Better Trucks lied and said they attempted to deliver my package on the 24th of December. They state 3-7 business days for delivery, today is January 4th and still no package. From the looks of the reviews it looks as Better Trucks is known for bad business.Initial Complaint

Package was marked as delivered and it was not delivered. Driver took a picture of his face reflected in the small glass partition of my front door. Reached out to the company and after "an exhaustive investigation " it's loss on their part. In other words, their driver stole my package.Initial Complaint

This business was supposed to deliver a package to me. I got multiple delivery attempts. I contacted them, and they said they were searching for it. I continued to contact them for over a month and they never replied again. The sender had to refund me, and I couldnt buy the items again. This is the third time this business has failed to deliver my packages. Upon reaching out to their support team and providing address confirmation, they still have not responded. I bought a product from **** and it was shipped using this company. The last tracking states that it is "In transit" and has been for the last 8 days, even though it was within 20 miles of my home. I reached out to the business via two separate emails, attempted to call (they do not offer tracking support via phone calls- only online). I still have not heard from them, it has been over a week and this was supposed to be a Christmas present. I am done trying to retrieve the product and will be asking for a refund from the seller. I ordered from ***** website on November 29th 2024 who this business is a shipping company for. I was informed on ****** 3rd that my package was in the Better Trucks warehouse and should be delivered by December 5th. After a week of it ot hoping up I reached out to Tonies support and to Better trucks. I still have yet to get a reply from Better Trucks but upon asking in a local group on ******** I have found this is a common thing for this shipping company.Initial Complaint

Apparently after reading the reviews I will not get my product delivered since its marked delivered and isnt actually there. I dont think Ive ever seen so many negative reviews and I can foresee a lawsuit coming! This is incredibly ridiculous. I ordered a product Nov. 28 and its been sitting at hub since Dec4th - now its delivered at 7:25am with no one caught on camera! Its absurd what you guys are doing to families! Especially around the holidays.
