      Sears warranty service purchased and unable to get service though paid deductible of $100. Person writing up warranty put in incorrect city and zip code address so told by Sears that plan was not valid and could not schedule service after paid for x5 months and prepaying $100 deductible for service that has not been provided I cancelled warranty but cannot get $100 deductible paid back

      Placed a claim on our Sears Home Warranty for a dishwasher repair. The technician came as scheduled on January 8. Said he had to order some parts and rescheduled a visit for today, January 17, between 7 am and 6 pm to install said parts. Said that the parts would be delivered to us. Received two boxes last week and set them set them aside for the tech. No tech showed today. Waited for 11+ hours. Called the customer service line and was told that we had been texted yesterday that the visit was rescheduled because the parts had not yet been shipped. We explained that we received no such text, then the *** said we were supposed to have called them to tell them that we had received the parts. I have no idea who to call or what to do at this point.

      Horrible Service and Refund Experience My experience with this company has been a complete disaster. I initially contacted them in September 2024 for repairs on my ** oven, and after three service appointments, multiple parts ordered, and hundreds of dollars paid, my oven was still not fixed.Heres what I paid:September 24th: $439.90 (credit card)October 2nd: $150.36 (credit card)October 15th: $100.12 (check)After all of this, *****, the last service technician, assured me on his final visit that I would be refunded $620.88 within 1014 days. That never happened.I called on November 18th, and another representative told me I would get my credit card refund in 14 days and my check refund within 30 days. I was also told my husband would receive an email with refund details the same day. None of that happened.I followed up again and was told I wouldnt receive my refund until the end of Decemberthree months after this ordeal started. Even worse, I was informed they couldnt even send me an email confirming the refund dates.From December 9, 2024, to January 3, 2025, I emailed their accounting department every single day, begging for a response. Finally, on January 3rd, after threatening to contact the authorities, they responded.Refund to credit card: Processed on January 6, 2025 Refund by check: Received on January 10, 2025 This process took over four months of constant follow-ups, unkept promises, and frustration. I wouldnt wish this experience on anyone.If youre considering this company for any service, beware. Their lack of professionalism, accountability, and customer service is appalling. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.

      Ive never had such horrible service with Sears getting my yearly maintenance scheduled. Had appt with an arrival of 8-5, at 5:15pm no one showed, called sears and about 10 min after I received a text stating my appt was rescheduled. Normally my washer and dryer are serviced at same time but for some reason it was 2 different appts. For the Rescheduled appt tech showed for the dryer and todays appt no show. I called sears 5 times today and a different person every time. Asked for supervisor and I waited for 22 minutes on hold to be disconnected. Called back appt when I called the 3 time was told they could come tomorrow in the morning; however, when I received my confirmation it was for 2 weeks. I called back and was told that was the soonest and they are just looking at their automated system. Now Im due to renew my contract and they want money?? Why would I renew my maintenance agreement if this is the type of service I am provided. I will never be using sears home services again after this

      We have used them in the past and they were fine. Just recently had to repair a range. Technician was fine. We were charged almost $300.00 for a $24.00 part. Contacted customer service and was told I could return the part (haha). Labor must be $600,00/hour. I am not sure how companies can do this. And to think they gave an A+ rating with BBB. How is this possible?       Had to speak with this customer service line regarding my Kenmore Elite Fridge. My fridge has a faulty water valve that hundreds of customers reported. I got this fridge 1.5 yrs ago and it leaked water throughout my kitchen and now I have to rip up all the flooring and have this repaired. The water valve part that is broken is not manufactured any longer although this fridge was made between *********. I called for some resources or assistance on what to do since my new fridge cant be fixed, and my kitchen floors need repairing and the woman on the line said they stopped manufacturing the part due to the pandemic. Understandable- but what are these thousands of customers supposed to do now with their broken fridge? She then said verbatim, do you think the people in ********** get to go to their builder and demand a new house be built for them because their houses burned down from a natural disaster? First of all, what a highly insensitive thing to say. Secondly, a wildly inappropriate comparison. Overall terrible experience. Now Im left with who knows how much in water damage repair and a broken fridge that nobody can do anything about- great!

      We are currently trying to get service on the appliance warrenty on the refrigerator we purchased 2 years ago. Paid a little over $500 for extended protection. Allspice we are getting is a run around by some poor English command customer service *****. Next step *** customer fraud devision.

      Worst service ever. Can not get ahold of anyone. They dont show up for appointments. Drag out solutions forever. Cant get a refund. The list goes on and on. They could not fix my microwave oven combo after attempting for months. They finally agreed to pay partial for me to get a replacement but none of the selection they sent me will fit in my existing cabinet cut out. I decided to try & make it work & ordered one 3 months ago. When I try to get an update Im told they are waiting on the manufacturer. Then entire process has gone on for almost a year. I just want a refund of my money & the money they agreed to pay towards a new one so that I can put this behind me & get the correct replacement which was not offered by Sears

      If I could give zero stars, I would. Multiple appointments where no one showed up, called the business (formerly Sears Appliance Repair) to try to resolve the problem and was bounced between different departments and phone numbers to no avail. I will never do business with them again and would not recommend anyone else do so either.

      Pathetic!! Truly the WORST online store EVER! Sears used to be "America's Store", but now its been sunken down to the depths of h*** I tried to order a simple cat scratching post from their website. They assured me that they had it in supply and that I would have it it shipped to me! WRONG!! ALL LIES!! They use third-party sellers and shippers!! Did I get my cat scratching post? ****! I got a parakeet licking stick from a completely different company! ***?! And when I tried to tell Sears, all I got was the computer run-around both online & on the phone (there are NO humans to talk to!)!! It is impossible to get any kind of refund as the make it impossible to start and complete one! A TOTAL SCAM!! THEN, I find out the third-party that was selling the cat scratching post (****************) has 24 complaints with the BBB and is a scam artist like Sears!!
