Sears Carpet Cleaning - cleaned my carpet on July 26, 2022. I was charged extra for high traffic area. I was told 6-8 hours drying time. I called back on July 28th floors were still wet. I waited for Mgr. no call. I called back on Friday, July 29th. **************** wanted me to wait until Friday, August 5th. The carpet smells and they dont want you to call anyone else. So, I got an appointment for Monday, August 1st (12 - 4PM window) confirmed on Saturday (July 30th). The appointment has been rescheduled for August 2nd (same window). The phone numbers given to make a complaint doesnt work! And you cant get a Mgr. to return your calls, but theyre quick to schedule the appointment to take your money! I have asthma, plus my hay fever and sinus congestion are affected by breathing in smell and Lysol due to trying to control the smell! I also have other underlining health issues! This is no longer a good trusting company to do business with! I am asking for an IMMEDIATE resolution refund MY money so that I can get MY carpets re-cleaned and move on with the delivery of my furniture! Thank you!

Sears/TransformCo Master Protection Agreement warranty is a fraud and a scam. Our expensive KitchenAid fridge failed at 4 years, within 5-year warranty. TransformCo refuses to dispatch a tech for a MONTH. They also declined my food spoilage claim because...wait for it...the tech, who will not be here for a month, hasn't certified that the fridge failed.TransformCo's headquarter's phone line is unanswered. Their CSAs stonewall. There's no escalation path. Their business plan seems to be "frustrate the customer until they give up."I'm strongly considering initiating a lawsuit or class-action suit.

The most ridiculous experience I've had online. If I didn't triple check this was actually Sears, I would have thought I was scammed. I followed up on an order I placed a week after it was supposed to arrive after verifying with an agent it was in stock. The agent said it was out of stock and they would get me a better model of the item. They canceled my order and reordered the SAME item. I requested refunds on both. I get a horrible run around and no refunds after two weeks. I had several chats and they never seem to have anything in the system. Avoid this company. And I will avoid all things associated with Sears. Oh how the mighty have fallen.

We purchased a Sears Kenmore Refrigerator from the Sears on Miracle Mile ******************* in the year 2015. The first year we had the fridge the ice maker broke and thank goodness we had the extended warranty of 5 years so we did not have to pay the cost of $450 (technician told us this price) for the repair. So...since than the ice machine has broke, needed repairs or just stopped working. They have a record of how many times that ice machine stopped working and how many times i called for them to repair. The fridge was a lemon from the start as far as i am concerned Sears should have replaced the fridge a few years ago. We are very disgusted that the ice machine works sometimes and than stops working and than works again. I am sure Sears has a record of how many times i called about this terrible appliance i purchased from them. The last year of the warranty i must have call 7 times and had the tech show up 4 times and the ice worked but after a few days stopped working. Sears certainly does not live up to their standards. We now buy bags of ice. Very disgusted and how my warranty is expired. *********************** REFRIGERATOR,O1200/U3000 Service ***************************** Unit Number:0008254

I purchased a mattress and a box spring from a Sears location on June 19th, 2022. The mattress was on display in the showroom and the inventory showed the product as IN STOCK. The delivery was scheduled for July 11th. I receive a text message on July 9th saying " thank you for rescheduling your delivery". I had to call Sears **************** to receive the reason why the delivery was rescheduled to be told Sealy cancelled the order and Sears rescheduled it. The second delivery date was July 27th. I called Sears **************** on July 19th to confirm the delivery was indeed on schedule for delivery on July 27th. I was told YES the delivery date is correct. I call again on July 26th inquiring of a delivery time and on THAT call I was told the manufacturer had canceled the order for a SECOND time. ON July 27th, THE day I'm suppose to receive my mattress and box spring, I receive the text message saying "thank you for rescheduling your delivery".Receiving an unapologetic generic text with no context is extremely unacceptable and poor treatment of the customer. Not notifying the customer with an explanation regarding the status of their order is crooked. The THIRD delivery date is now August 13th. I have waited over a MONTH. Sears **************** gives customers a false sense of assurance with zero action proving their claims of "expediting" the matter. I have wasted hours on the phone with Sears, ****** AND Sealy searching for an answer to this debacle with NO resolution from anyone. Only finger pointing with zero accountability from all parties. There is no evidence that I will receive this order on August 13th. Sears was the first and only store I went to for a mattress and I THOUGHT I was lucky enough to find a mattress I liked. I regret my decision terribly. A HUGE mistake choosing Sears for my FIRST mattress purchase. What an awful company.
