I would like to give 0 stars. I ordered a part on may 4th that showed in stock & was supposed to be delivered in 4 days. All of that was a ******* cancelled the order & ordered from Amazon. After they didn't refund my card I called my card ************** the charge. The part status showed pending at the time. I never received any email of the order or shipping info & yet after many calls they've yet to refund my card but they did offer to send another part that I don't need & try to sell water ************ services. Lawsuits seem to be the only solution to deal with this company.

We put a deposit down in January 2022 for new windows- install date on contract was last week in July, with a completion date first week in August.A couple of weeks ago the sales person called and said it will likely be 4 more months before the product comes in and no exact date can be given.Outraged - I told them to cancel the contract - we are not in good health as we explained when we ordered and we will not continue to wait. We received only HALF of our $4700 deposit back and they have no intentions on returning the remainder of our deposit even though they did not hold up their end of the contract. I have tried multiple times to get a manager to call me but nothing. We are senior citizens on a fixed income and feel like we have been taken advantage of. We are terribly disappointed. *******************, ***** ** Giving one star because I have to, but would prefer to give none

Horrible customer service on a warranty that has no value. I have tried to utilize the warranty on my refrigerator for 8 months with no resolution. I have called repeatedly, wait time is over an hour and a half each time, to get a foreign representative who is difficult to understand, indicates that I will receive a response soon, but after two weeks and no response I call back to do the same rinse, wash, repeat. I couldn't be more frustrated by my experience.

I reported my refrigerator was not working on June 6, 2022 and have had 2 technicians come since that date and Sears still has not replaced the refrigerator. The refrigerator and parts are obsolete, per the technicians and they have told me the refrigerator cannot be fixed and needs to be replaced.Last week they sent a filthy part, that is not what is needed for the refrigerator, gave my personal name and address to a private party to send me this dirty-contaminated trash from someone's recycle pile with food spilled on it, etc. I have spent many, many hours trying to get help and a replacement, per the warranty, but no results.A non-working refrigerator since June 8 and still not working or resolved with money to buy one, and today is 8-10-2022.Now I am told to wait until September 12 for another technician (more lost time on the phone and then waiting for the technician to arrive) and that will not be the day I get my money or a new refrigerator. The warranty states that if it can't be repaired, they replace it.This is too long without a refrigerator, too many hours on the phone seeking help, no follow thru on promises of the warranty and yet my payments are being sent for no results or help. I want restitution for my inconvenience of time lost, non-working refrigerator and a new refrigerator put into my kitchen. He said he would send a substitute refrigerator, until the other one was fixed, but the check I received was for $115.00 that only covers a refrigerator that is about the size of a portable cooler with no freezer and to have another refrigerator in my kitchen does not work for space or convenience and all this time of no service. Not I need to wait again for a tech to send in a false report and wait for parts that are not available. This is not acceptable. They sign the invoice report and do not have me sign it, which is a lie.I do not see what they are sending in as a report. When I do sign something, it's a blank board.nothing so I know what I am signing.

I live in the ****** area, I have a Kenmore elite refrigerator which I have paid for the maintenance agreement. In early June the refrigerator broke down I contacted sears to get it repaired, they setme up with an appointment over a month later. The technician arrive and determined the compressor unit was out and he ordered the parts and said the earliest he could return was August 9. He suggested I confirm that I received the parts which I did on July 18, they sent me a confirmation of my appointment for August 9. Today is August 9 and no repair they said it was taken care of on July 18. They make me reschedule for August 26 send me a confirmation and then within 10 minutes reschedule it for September 6. So for 3months I have no refrigerator and for 2 months I have the parts to repair the refrigerator sitting there accomplishing nothing. To say I am frustrated is an understatement. A refrigerator values at $2000+ and parts valued at over $900 sitting useless because I purchased a maintenance program to keep my appliance in good condition and expecting as fast of service as they are taking my money.Rated 1 star because they don't have a lower rating.

Terrible. Sears repair replaced entire electrical panel on GE drop in oven at a cost of $700. 5 months later I am told that entire panel needs to be replaced again, but is not covered by 90 day warranty and will cost another $700 to replace with no regard for defect in product. SHAME ON SEARS.

Sears/****** has unacceptable service. I purchased a new gas range to be installed with the provision that the old be hauled away. They arrived and unhooked the old - THEN DROVE OFF WITH IT!!! I am now sitting on day two without a range to use. I have called and called without any provision for the team to come back to install the new range. SOMEONE can fix this. They choose not to. They tried to claim that I didn't order installation, then they said "oh yeah, you did". I'll never purchase from Sears or ****** again and I will never forget this issue since I had 16 people at my home for a meal last night - and no range! They don't deserve one star.

We bought a kenmore refrigerator less than 5 years before it failed. The compressor died. It took a week to get a repair person and he was rude and did nothing to help. We were told there was a 5 yr warranty but sears wouldnt cover it because we had ordered it a few weeks before the 5 yr ****( we had it delivered less than the 5 week ****) we gave up and bought another fridge ((NOT KENMORE) I received a **** for the technician service. I dont feel we should have to pay or at least not pay the full amount. I spent nearly 3 hours trying to speak with someone. I was transferred, hung up on and repeatedly told I had the wrong person! I had to goggle talk to a human at sears to even find a number. The few people I spoke with were unable to offer any resolution. After I told them my issue, they tried to sell me other Sears services-are they serious????Besides this whole mess, we had signed up for an automatic delivery of filters for this fridge annually . In the 5 years they never got it right. They delivered it to our old address. I called every year to fix it but never had it fixed. Last year I thought Id resolved it but got billed again this year. Three frustrating calls later, I think its fixed. I explained the problem and even told them we no longer have the fridge. They kept explaining they showed it was delivered and would get us another one. Im not sure they understood my conversation. Sears used to be a great company. Today they are beyond awful. The fridge was junk, the service was terrible and working with their customer service group is even more frustrating! They are terrible. I hope this helps someone to reconsider choosing Kenmore for anything. We know our fridge was labeled kenmore but was *** We have since learned ** fridges are notorious for compressor failures. Do yourself a favor and buy US made fridge. We just bought Whirlpool and hope to get more than 5 years.
