      I ordered service for my washer this company for 2 months gave me a run around between needing pars and rescheduling I have had someone wanting on the technician and they don't bother to show up or reschedule saying parts are not there when I have all the parts. **************** have no idea what's going on and can't even get into h with service provider.

      The number to a human is 848-221-ten seventy five The person who answers will try to tell you there is no other number, but that person will also connect you to a live agent in ***** and they are really no help either, but its a human.

      I agree with everyone else. ******** customer service. Tomorrow, if he shows up, will the 10th time a repairman will have been to my house to fix a new refrigerator. He changes out random parts that never fix the real problem. Somehow, they even make it difficult to confirm appointments.

      Worst customer service I've ever had to deal with. Had a brand new microwave door fail after 2 weeks. Tried to get it services under warranty. Service guy came, said he had to order a part and that he'd be back when the part got here to install it. Waited 6 months then called to complain. I was told the guy was fired and that they would remedy the issue. Since then I've been ignored every attempt I make to communicate. At this point I've waited 2 years for my door to get fixed, guess I'll be doing it myself!

      They are so happy to take your monthly payment. But, it is like pulling teeth to speak to a live person. Their phone system loops you from one number to another. This company has offshored too much of their call centers activity. They have been repairing my washer since 9/15/24 and now we are 1.5 months out. Almost two months. You wait all day for someone to show up and then they are a no show.

      The absolute worst company you could ever deal with. I'm pretty sure they are a scam that work with extended warranty companies, so they can bill them for trips out to people's homes, but they don't fix anything. I have had the extended warranty company send them to my home to fix my refrigerator three times now, and they have never fixed anything. Every time they come out here they charge the extended warranty company for a service visit , but they don't do any work . The last time they were scheduled to come here they were a no call, no show. Then they showed up the following day when I was not home and closed my ticket with the extended warranty company, claiming that I was not here when I was supposed to be. When in reality, they were the ones who did not show up when they were supposed to. There are no human beings available to speak to at this company. Everything is an automated response and computer generated communications . Their website claims that if you are not there for your scheduled appointment they can charge you $250 for their trip out. I feel like they should pay me $250 since I stayed home from work and they never showed up. Useless. Completely useless and inept.

      Technician came to our home to perform a diagnostic on our refrigerator, opened the door, said a bulb is out, wanted $500 to replace the bulb, I went on ******, paid $13.98 for the bulb and replaced it in under 20 seconds, they charged me $150 for a diagnostic fee for nothing and they wont refund my money. Never do business with them.

      I truly hate having to do this American Home Shield used this company to repair my refrigerator via sear home repair… I submitted a claim 09/07/24 it is now 10/13/24 and I still have a broken refrigerator. I have called weekly.. Got a bogus parts are on the way text weekly. Only to be sent a tracking number for parts today. That states the parts were delivered 09/12/24. So when I called to question the issue I got a rep by the name of Creed (the absolute worst) who told me to don’t curse at her, and hung up on in my face. Which is NOT WHAT I DID or would do because she’s not the freaking technician or the company I’m pay $108 a month for coverage. So I called back and I get another dry smart mouth person asking what can they do about Creed hanging up on me, as if I didn’t as for a supervisor to complain. She then said we’ll verify your information, I did. Somehow she said my parts were available and she would schedule me an appointment for 10/23. This company is the absolute worst. I’ve talked to a total of 27 people trying to get what I already paid for.

      ************* is terrible you cant even get through to talk to somebody about your service when you do finally get through they don't know what is going on with your service and keep changing your service date. Yesterday was supposed to be the service date but they didn't even show up and then said that no one was available at my house. We waited all day for them to come but they never showed up. I would rate you lower than one star but I can't.

      A AND E BAD.....BAD.....BAD.....BAD LIARS....NOT HONEST.   DONT SHOW UP. HAVE MADE E MAILS AND PHONE CALLS TO SET UP AND SERVICE. THEY ARE NOT HONEST. DONT USE THEM AT ALL.
