      Lowes scheduled services to have my product repaired with them 3 times in 2 weeks. First the come and saw the washer was working fine and just left without figuring why it keeps shutting off then for im unknowingly scheduled for 8 am and they apparently send someone who only fixes dishwashers he leaves and calls me that someone will be coming from **** on top of that he lied and said we never opened the door for him - 2 days straight Im scheduled from **** for them to come and they never show up and fail to tell me it has to be rescheduled unless I call and complain. Worst services ever !!!!!!!

      My review is on ** Washing machine purchased in January. Delivered in February. Noise in ***** ******* person came out, ordered 3 boxes worth of parts, second repair person came (from A & E) and although he replaced all parts and checked to see it was working, I placed a load of clothes only to have the LE code come on. Followed manual, called ** Customer Service this morning, waiting for a solution. Machine has been in my possession less than 6 months. Everyone says its new. Ive never heard of thisexactly! I believe I have a LEMON of a top load washer. So annoyed and disheartened.

      This group appears to be totally clueless. They came the first time and ordered a part that was broken but did not find problems with the freezer condensing water. Only if it floods on the floor is water seepage considered a problem. The ordered part came separately to the house by mail. It sat unused until they sent someone several weeks later but he did not install the delivered part. Instead, after many hours of tinkering and calling supervisor and another tech, he ordered two more parts. Several weeks later, another tech is finally due to appear. I cant say at this point that it will not be fixed either but at best, this outfit is not good at what they do.

      Terrible customer service. Technician orders a part tells us to call Best Buy (warranty) to reschedule when part arrives. I called to schedule a technician and receive a confirmation date from A & E Factory Service. On scheduled date get a call from A & E that I need to call them to provide status on part. I called and they say that they did not know if part had arrived so they cancelled appointment. I told them that the part was in my home and that they could still make the appointment. I told them the appliance is a refrigerator and we have small children in the home and is critical. Multiple customer care agents did not care and told me they could not make the scheduled appointment and it had to be reschedule for the next day and not even early as high priority.

      Do it yourself! I had contacted A &E regarding a repair on an electric dryer. I waited three weeks for the scheduled appointment. My time window was between 8:00 am and 12:00 noon. At 12:20 I was contacted to say the technician in the area would not be available. I was then rescheduled for an appointment four weeks out. My suggestion is to look online for a parts repair company since the company will most likely have the part, offer an online chat and also repair tutorial.

      Waited 2 weeks for Technician. They had to order a part for my only 8 month old refrigerator. Appointment for repair was 3 weeks later. Waited all day and nobody showed up. Been on the phone for almost 4 hours to get to the Bottom of the Matter. These People are giving me the runaround. No ICE of Water from my fridge for over one month now!!!
