      Horrible experience -- only took my money and fixed nothing on my washing machine! DO NOT CALL THEM FOR ANY SERVICE -- BAD EXPERIENCE!

      Fraudulent information on BBB site. BBB reports that A&E Factory Service (aka ***** Home Services) has been in business for 97 years, while in fact A&E Factory Service was Incorporated as an LLC in 2002, only 22 years ago, as a joint venture between Whirlpool and **************..BBB rates them as an A+, but in my experience, and according with the reviews I have read, which are consistent with my experience with them, A&E Factory Service (aka ***** Home Services) should be rated as an F-

      I just spent 36 minutes, transferred 7 times! request to have a gas line -existing hooked up to my new stove being delivered. They claim they've never been to my home and don't service the area. They've been here twice in the last month. Save your time and go somewhere else for any service needs. I also believe this is not a US-based customer service call unbelievable!

      The most horrible technician came to my home. You cannot get a hold of a live human person only a robot. My freezer is not working, and they had to order parts. The Technician was supposed to be here on Friday never called never showed. I tried to get a hold of a human and was unable too. I went on the website and was unable again to find a phone number to contact a human. I rescheduled the appointment which was hard to do since the site already showed an appointment was set up for me. It took forever to try to get another appointment. When the horrible technician came, he accused me of losing a part and he quote stated " You lost a part" while he was walking out the door, I was asking him nicely so what happens now he totally ignore me did not say anything except you lost a part and I said are you ordering it are you coming back what is going on. He got in his car and drove off.

      **********************. Needed multiple repairs to fix something with my washer. **** refused to install a pump the first time, it failed two days later, I had to wait again to have a tech come out - of course without a pump. I'll never ever ever use this company and will never work with ***** who has chosen this terrible company to service their warranties. CONSUMERS DESERVE BETTER.

      My refrigerator has been out for over 2 months now. I have received parts twice. I have been stood up twice by ***** repair man both times he was sick. Nice excuse. I need service. I need my refrigerator fixed. This is not a toaster oven. Terrible. Service, terrible customer service.

      Same experience as ********** except initial tech was very good. Ordered parts on 7/3, scheduled return service on 7/8, parts arrived 7/6. On 7/8 no email or text so I contacted them to learn I wasn't scheduled for that day and parts hadn't arrived. After being stuck in their useless automated system I contacted original tech (I kept his initial phone call) asking for him to speak with management. I received notification 7/11 was my new date. Again I contacted my only working phone number and had it rescheduled to 7/18.On 7/11 received a call from another tech making sure I had the parts before he arrived. I told him not to come because date had changed to 7/18. On 7/18 received notification that my appointment was for today, date 7/11. Tried to reach them and learned my appointment was previous to todays date so I should reschedule. On 7/18 tech called and gave me 3:30 time. At 1:18 received notification that he is on the way. It is now 4:10, tech says he will call when he starts to drive here but he was backed up. This company was contracted through American Home Shield. Extremely poor, if any, customer service by both companies. I will not use them again, hopefully this review will provide a good picture of their operation.

      The absolute worst!!! Initial service was ok except technician had zero personality and was like a slug. He had to order a part. Told me the part would come on Tuesday and gave me appointment for service that Wednesday. Wednesday came and went - no call and no show. I called him directly Thursday morning as there was no phone number on anything to call. When I did finally find a phone number it was almost impossible to figure out how to speak to a human being. Finally spoke with someone who did not have English as their primary language and just read a script with insincere apologies. Made another appointment for 5 days later and technician did not come at scheduled time. Was on hold for 36 minutes to speak with a less than helpful representative. Woman tells me she is rescheduling again and I got zero confirmation that the appointment was actually scheduled. So now I have to call again. The absolute worst!!! And they had the audacity to ask me to keep them in mind for any future home improvements. Are you kidding me?!?! If it wasn't for AHS subcontracting with this company I would not use them at all.
