      Reading dozens of the other one star reviews here I have the exact same experience. We had a warranty for RG appliance. Repeatedly and he would make appointments and not show up or order parts and the parts wouldnt show up or the wrong part showed up and many times I have been getting calls to call them to confirm that the parts are here or not. For the last week the parts have been here and I have been asked to call four times and each time have to confirm that the parts have arrived. Yet they continue to move the appointment and then not show up. Mind you this is warranty service so Im sure theyre charging the warranty company each time they come out. Dont understand how this business can possibly work for anyone involved. Furthermore noticing that they still have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau makes me think that the Better Business Bureau is nothing but a co-conspirator or at least an enabler of this terrible business

      Terrible company very unprofessional. Sent me so many texts to tell me they were coming between 8 and 12 PM today. Chatted with them last night and wanted to know if they were going to Text me and give me a heads up when they would be here exactly. Person on chat said my scheduled appointment has been changed between 10 and two yet I got a text two hours prior telling me 8 to 12. So Ive been waiting here since 7:30 AM and I just got a call two hours into my scheduled service time and they canceled on me. He said the technician wasnt gonna have time so I just wasted my whole day waiting for them planned my whole day around it and now I still dont have a stove that is working correctly nor any scheduled appointment why would I schedule with them again. If I could give them a zero I would. Oh and when I got the text this morning to see the scheduled time. I clicked on it and it was somebody elses chat that they ended up not showing up for them either. This company has no idea what theyre doing.

      6/27/2002 A & E repairman visited ordered parts for SamsungRefig/Freez(Frig working Freez not)7/14/2002 Same repairman works on unit for 3 1/2 hours...gassy nauseating smells says unit is good...while he is still in trucjk after packing up light comes on indicating compressor not working....frig hot freez hot...he leaves says it needs 24 hours to cool...no not working call again 7/25/2002 A & E sends another repairman out...reports first repair man is new...placed wires in backwards, bent other parts, installed parts incorrectly, clogged up line for frigerant...machine is now unfixable due to first repairman called again 8/11/2002 A & E sends the same repairman who broke the machine to verify that it's inoperable and when he arrives asks us why he is here...then he calls the guy who shared that he was the one who broke the frig and he tells us oh...its inoperable now. called and called no response period....Supposedly they were to refund **** of $678 for repair ...still awaiting,,,,When you attempt to speak to anyone its useless...spent so many hours and wasted days off of work....have no frig or freezer...no apology no nothing....the unit cost close to $3000.00...Worst Company ever...no matter what appliance you have do not call them....PITIFUL and nothing to do with COVID...everything to do with INTEGRITY, PROFESSIONALISM AND CUSTOMER CARE.....WORST EXPERIENCE OF OUR LIVES....NO OTHER COMPANY EVER TREATED US LIKE THIS....

      Never use this company. We paid for service and they won't send anyone out to repair. When they finally book someone they cancel. Horrible company!!!!

      A&E factory services is a most unreliable company that came and looked at the cooking range and did not find a model number sticker and refused to diagnose the problem. But billed me $ 106 for the visit total rip off .Even canceled appointment twice

      We called American Home Sheild about my refrigerator not producing ice and leaking on the floor in the kitchen. It leaked through the wall into my living room before knowing what was going on. I turned the water feed off from the sink and cleaned it up. AHS called cgecked whos number which is A and E The assigned the repair to ***** and appt was scheduled for 7/20/22. I had an other appt but my adult brother was avaiable to let them in and I left a note with was was going on. The tech said that he was unable to pull the refrigerater from the wall and it had copper tubing and he can't work with copper tubing. Apparently he asked my husband what kind of tubing it was and my husband gave him told him the wrong kind.My brother called my while the tech was here and i kept saying why didn't he say something about needing the refrigerator from the wall, My bother asked the tech if he wanted to talk to me and he said NO, that he can hesr me. The tech called his office and verified the information that he gave to my brother. The tech told my brother we needed a plumber to can the tubing. When I returned home I called AHS and informed them what the tech said. We pay a monthly fee and $100.00 per service call. When i spoke to AHS I asked it tgey said we needed a plumber if we would be charged another $100,00. I was told that If they put down that it needs referred then no, but i would need to wait until they returned the report. I called again on 7/25/23 and was told the report wasn't in but the rep at AHS called and found out that they could not fix the refrigerator but still needed the report. On 8/1/22 and computer was down then 8/2/22 I called again to AHS and was told that my issue was going to be reviewed for a replacemen refrigerator, made no sense to me but told i should hear in 72 hrs. Called again 8/8/22 and I am still not getting any other infoemation, ***** has not returned the phone calls that i was promised that was made. I am currently waiting for answers.

      I've had my appointment cancelled multiple times now and my ** refrigerator has been broken down for weeks. My family left out of town on vacation while I stuck around to wait for a tech to arrive today. Since the latest appointment was made I've received several confirmation emails that the tech would be here today. Today's appointment was cancelled while I was waiting for the tech to arrive during the appointment window. I'm so ****** off! My cooler has been a makeshift refrigerator and I'm extremely upset by the run around and lip service I've been getting. I decided to go on social media and complain everywhere since A&E is unresponsive and continues to cancel appointments. Based on what I've read elsewhere and my experience to date, I have no doubt in their ability to s**** things up. I fully expect them to yet again delay and then ultimately botch the repair if and when it finally takes place.

      We scheduled one appointment a few weeks ago, as directed by ****** They came and did not have the correct parts for our laundry machine. So we rescheduled for another day. They never showed up. I waited home from 8 am to 5 pm for them and they never showed up. The third time, they said they'd come at 1:45 pm. At 1:40 someone leaves a voicemail saying their van broke down. So I rescheduled for the fourth time. Today, I waited patiently at home from 8 am to 5 pm. At 4 pm I see their van in my driveway. I got no phone call from them today to confirm the appointment. I look out my window and the driver made eye contact with me. I go downstairs and wait by the front door. I hear no one knock or ring the doorbell. Then I get an email saying the repairman tried to come in but no one was home, and a photo of our front door. No one rang. No one knocked. I waited in silence for a while after I saw the van. The driver made no effort to actually get my attention that he had arrived. He just left at 4 pm on a Friday so he can go enjoy an early happy hour. These technicians do not actually want to help you, they will make any excuse not to show up, and when they do show up, they'll just silently walk up to your door and take a photo of it and claim they tried to get a residences' attention.

      TERRRRRIBLE COMPANY STAY FAR AWAY 10hr WINDOW AND WILL RESCHEDULE YOU AT THE END OF THE **** HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED FOR SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES, 3x RESCHEDULED WITHOUT A CALL OR BEING NOTIFIED DO NOT USE THE PEOPLE SHOULD STAND UP AND *** COMPANIES LIKE THIS FOR HOURS LOST OF WORK- TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE COMPANY
